Great Experience!
Was recently here for a wedding with 270 guests taking place at multiple Korumar properties, and the entire experience was great (sorry to the other reviewer for the noise haha). From the moment we entered the hotel, Bushra made sure to take care of us. After our 15 hour flight, there was an issue with one of the rooms reservations at check in which was resolved quickly. While it was being resolved Bushra was keeping us entertained and serving coffee and snacks. 10/10 Great experience and perfect English.
The hotel rooms are fairly large and clean with nice bathrooms with rainfall shower heads. Wifi is not that great. There signal is strong but it is brutally slow. I had to work remotely a few of the nights, and transferring small files would fail or take 5+ minutes to open. But its doable if needed. I believe i did see Ethernet jacks in the rooms below the TV but i didn't have a cable to test it. Also there isn't really a desk. I didn't ask them if they had a range extender / booster but some hotels do provide it. Room had view of distant mountains. No pool or ocean was visible from ours, but some guests did have ocean view and rooms with direct pool access.
Staff is very friendly. The beach was fun too but the water is cold in October, and it looks deep but its not. Same thing for the pool. Didn't see many people in it when I was there but October is off season. There is also a Hammam, two Sauna's (one wasn't working), a Steam Room, and an ice bucket and shock bucket. The shock bucket was just room temp water. There is also an arcade for kids and large fields and courts for sports.
The venues were great, but it is very windy and gets chilly at night. They do provide blankets if needed. First night had outdoor gas heaters but for second night at the same venue they did not have them and gave out blankets instead.
Food was good but could use more variety, sometimes it felt like you were just eating the same thing for a few days. Dining hours should be extended to match other all inclusive. There is no room service, you will have to go to the buffet or dining areas for food. There are 3 themed restaurants, snack bars, a shack outside, and a buffet.
Entertainment was great. There were nightly performances and the animation team is very friendly and interactive, especially Mami and Onur. You will have a blast and not feel left out.
The hotel itself is in a very remote area about an hour drive from the airport, getting back to Izmir is expensive, expect 90 Euros per taxi, 70KM and takes 1 Hr. Meter said about 4700 Lira to the historic market in Izmir. Tbh, the value isn't really there, coming from the USA and I've been to 12 other countries across 3 continents, Turkey is priced at a premium nowadays for some reason.
Money goes farther in other more developed countries with similar vibes. Outside of the hotel, be prepared for everyone being moody and demanding Euros for payment at rates higher than what I see at home in Southern California! Oh and if you pay with card in town expect them to key in double the cash price.
Buut, if you stay at the resort you wont have to deal with any of that. You will be picked up at the airport and brought to the resort directly. The day before departing you will get a notification on the transport companies website about what time your transfer will arrive.
Hotel will show as sold out unless you email them directly or book through a travel agency / Turkish Airlines Holidays. We booked through Turkish Holidays in September for 6 Nights (October 1 - 7) for two people and it was about $4.3k USD for the room + direct flight from LAX to IST then IST to Izmir, and shuttle to the hotel. Each additional night in October was about $250, but nights in the end of September were more close to $400 for us. Surprisingly, booking through the Airline was significantly cheaper than using the direct hotel contact we had for the wedding for some reason. I know many of the wedding guests ended up booking their trip on their own because of this.

Unbelievable experience couldn’t have asked for any better to be honest.Entertainment was top notch and a special mention to Onurgo and Ozzy,the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant.No complaints whatsoever,beer was very good especially the Oktoberfest,great welcoming atmosphere from everyone at the hotel,they were all great and plenty activities for everyone to do.Such as darts,football etc.Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you were going to chill,keep fit,anything you want this hotel provides.Special mention as well to the bar staff,though I was underage,they still let me drink if I was with a family member which I really appreciate!Hats off to everyone at the hotel as they were all superb!
Lovely holiday
We recently stayed at Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort as a family and overall had a lovely holiday.
The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Our room was always clean, and the balcony was lovely, big and spacious.
There was so much for the children to do throughout our stay, which was brilliant. The pools were always clean, the bar service was really good, and there was plenty to keep the children entertained.
A special mention has to go to Ozzy from the entertainment team, who was absolutely lovely with our little boy and really made an effort with him. Also, Minnie from the kids’ club, who deserves a mention for the work shes does with the children.
We would also like to give a special mention to the lovely gentleman pictured in the hotel uniform, whose name we unfortunately didn’t get. We really appreciated the helpful members of staff who made our stay even better.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment for us was the lack of dairy-free options. Our little boy has a dairy intolerance, and we found that the hotel didn’t really cater well for this. There were very limited dairy-free options available at the buffets, which made mealtimes quite difficult.
Another frustration was the ice cream stations. There was no dairy-free ice cream or sorbet readily available, meaning we had to specifically request sorbet every time. I feel that a five-star family hotel should be much better equipped to cater for guests with allergies and intolerances, especially young children. Having dairy-free alternatives clearly labelled and readily available would make such a difference.
Overall, we had a lovely family holiday. The hotel was clean, the facilities were great, and there was plenty for the children to enjoy. However, I do feel the hotel needs to improve its catering for guests with dietary requirements, as this was a real letdown for us.
Beautiful relaxing holiday
Absolutely lovely hotel, with great food and really friendly staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food was excellent. We didn’t even bother booking for the alacarte restaurant, as we were more than happy with the food on offer in the main restaurant. The staff are all really friendly and reception were especially helpful with our visit to Ephesus and getting the local dolmuş. The room was a very good size, clean and the bed was really comfortable and queen size. The bathroom was great with a nice shower. We chose to stay around the pool nearest the hotel, there were plenty of beds, so no rushing around in the morning to grab a spot. There are plenty of bars to choose from, with lots of good variety of drinks. I would definitely return to this hotel, as we left feeling relaxed.

A great stay in this lovely hotel
This is a beautiful hotel, very well designed both disability and family friendly. As mentioned before the whole hotel is spotlessly clean, the army of cleaners work all through the day and night. The swimming pools are huge, but very cold which is a real shame. The indoor pool is heated and that was ok. The sea was warmer and the beach had soft sand and plenty of sunbeds. Room 1137 was in the perfect location for me, and although it was above the main restaurant it was still quiet. The room was very large with a massive balcony and nicely decorated. The bed was huge and comfortable and the bedding was changed every three days or so. The bathroom was large with a big shower that worked really well, nice toiletries too. The food was varied and plentiful, so much choice, you could always find something nice. The snack bar was a good alternative to the restaurant, a big shout out to the Pide ladies, delicious. The Patisserie was also a nice option in the afternoon, and I give a shout out to Aysa, she works so hard to make everyone happy, a lovely lady. We ate at the a'la carte restaurants, opting to pay for one night, only €10 each. Fabulous food and service. The Lounge Bar was a great place to watch the sun go down with a Cocktail, or you could find a quiet corner. The entertainment team were very good. It was a shame we had to move inside on the second week, but it was getting chilly at night. The hotel was very well organised, on the second week they held an October Fest in the garden and we had a lovely time at that. Finally a shout out to Hera in the Spa, the hammam and massage were perfect and she was so sweet, also to Marie, who gave a great pedicure, both reasonably priced. In fact the only two negative points I could raise, were the noise levels in the downstairs bar and the fact the TV was not a smart TV as there were on two English channels (both News). So if you like a clean,stylish hotel, then Korumar Ephesus is the place for you.
