Perfect couples and family resort
Stayed here many times and never find any issues to report! Amazing staff, food, and facilities. Would absolutely 100% recommend!
Good but can be improved if they listen!
First the good bits which are plentiful.The location is beautiful with a great beach. The hotel has excellent service at tables and friendly staff, the whole place is very clean which we have found to be the case in several other large Turkish hotels in the past. The activity team do what they can but can be dissapointing for several reasons which are probably beyond there control. I understand management donot allow them to inform everyone on the mic when events are about to start , consequently many are poorly attended and may not take place. If the activity requires equipment well this is very poor , the archery gear was in a terrible state and becoming dangerous, the airgun was falling apart. The entertainment on stage was very good quality. We has a duplex room which had everthing necessary although the views we're terrible and the the ceiling beams caused multible banged heads. Virtually every sound can be heard through the bathroom. Worst were the beds, foam beds in this climate is crazy and consequently very difficult to get any sleep which is pararmount to enjoy any holiday. Food had a good selection although because of the vast quantity was lagely overcooked particularly fish and burgers. The management can improve this place by spending a small amount of money but from past experience I am not expecting change. Could and should have made the 4 stars and certainly not the 5 shown in the hotel.

Other than I wish I'd booked a bigger possibly fancier room it's been perfect. Excellent staff and a great choice of food to suit every palate.

Honest October 2026 family review
First of all the location is absolutely stunning and the fact you have the beach right by the resort was the reason we chose this location. It’s a fair distance from Dalaman airport (2 hours) but worth it! Continuous food throughout our stay… The Aqua park is up a hill away from most amenities so we didn’t use this much. As we travelled in October the beach was warmer than the pool (freezing cold water!) Also both pools on site are the same depth so not ideal for children who can’t swim.
The entertainment in the amphitheater was really good although not well advertised/ announced but really entertaining. The only negative is the dated rooms -could do with a desperate refurb and curtains need adjusting to fit correctly so all are black out. Most staff have limited English but were super friendly and helpful throughout. Some hotels especially in quieter season allow you to check out later but reception confirmed we had to pay for the extended time to keep our rooms as we had an evening flight which is fine. Overall all a lovely, quieter and more relaxed experience.

Best family holiday ever! Paradise!
I dont even know where to begin, this was our first time visiting Turkey and we immediately fell in love with this hotel from the pictures online, arriving there we were not disappointed. The staff on reception were so welcoming when we arrived and the room was immaculate and spacious for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen girls). The whole location is stunning, from the pool side to the beach into the village, it just felt like paradise. The food was beautiful and warm every day. I particularly loved the snack bar lunches! Lovely icecream and waffles here too! I think the best part of this hotel is the staff. We made so many friends with the staff and they look after you so well. Such amazing people and they really made our holiday special. Always topping up your drinks as soon as finish one. The entertainment team are amazing and we had so much fun in the evenings! We were so upset to leave and immediately rebooked for next year. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience, the whole thing was incredible. The air-con was fantastic, the beds were so comfortable and the cleaning staff worked so hard cleaning up rooms, topping up water in our fridge and replacing towels etc. The on-site shop is very reasonably priced and the on-site hairdresser Yusef is one of the nicest, most talented people you will ever meet. I miss it so much and we cannot wait to go back!
