The Hotel is spotless, excellent Room service and perfect location in the Bay. Unfortunately the food was really poor on average,over cooked and repetitive. The lunchtime snack bar was the best food although you often had a long wait for the chicken and lamb. The A la carte restaurant was absolutely Shocking food,burnt and poor Quality. The bars were on the whole pretty good except for the coffee bar in the Lobby, served by a girl who Obviously didn't want to be there. Really poor attitude and extremely slow service. The Beach is OK if a little crowded on the sunbeds, which are very dated for the Standard of hotel. An upgrade of more comfortable,sponge type is needed. We had a side sea view on the 3 floor which was spacious and had a good view. Lifts were good. Towel exchange is easy as was check in and out. The food on late arrival (2.15am) was at the very least Appalling, cold soup and some sad looking excuse for a sandwich. An average holiday for the Standard expected and the Advertising is Grossly exaggerated. Worth a chance but not Outstanding. Evening entertainment was fair when on , Karaoke was awful. 3* average
LOTS OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
We stayed at the Turunc Premium for 2 weeks. This is a very good hotel with lovely views over the bay, modern and very comfortable rooms and lovely staff. It’s meticulously clean. It’s just a very short stroll into the village with several bars and restaurants. But, this hotel lacks atmosphere! The evenings and day time entertainment were very poor apart from the Drifters night. Twice a day at the pool there was aerobics and a water sport game. Being in our 70’s it got quite boring. Then there’s the food!! The snack bar food was always cold or lukewarm at best. The variety was good. The dining room food 95% of the time was the same, cold/lukewarm. Terrific choice if you only want to eat salad, cheese or olives!! Mains was very limited! Breakfast was good but usually lukewarm unless you were there on opening throughout the day you could expect lukewarm food. We found ourselves having to eat out to get a decent meal that was hot. This, unfortunately, seriously lets this hotel down along with the entertainment. I personally would not return to Turunc or this hotel.

2nd year in paradise
2nd year staying in the turunc premium and I can honestly say this has been an improvement on last year's experience which was also good. There is plenty of selection of food and it is always easy to find something you will like. All the staff are really helpful and willing do there best to help you if they can, the rooms themselves are really spacious and are cleaned every day. I would fully recommend staying in the turunc premier and I will definitely be coming back again next year, I can guarantee if you try the premium you will want to come back

I spent 2 weeks here with my mum and my brother at the Turunc Premium hotel and I would honestly say that this was easily the best resort I’ve ever been to.
First of all, we would like to thank Aslan who greeted us at the reception area with a warm smile as well as helping us putting our suitcases into our rooms and showing us around the hotel.
Also, we would like to thank everyone across the resort for making our experience the best it can be (eg animators/entertainment team, bar staff, reception).
Second of all, I would like to thank Iklim. She is a very good person to be around and she is really kind, funny and brings very positive energy to everyone around her (especially when playing darts in the afternoon with the motivation and stuff and making us feel welcome too). Also, she keeps everyone active by making lots of people take part in darts and the nighttime shows. Hopefully, I get to meet you soon when I next come to this resort.
Next, I would like to thank Enes. He became very close to us and we used to spend time with him everyday, especially when we used to play games of pool before the nighttime shows started and he is incredibly good at waterpolo. Also, he always helps people be active when we do water gym sessions in the mornings. He is easily one of the most funniest people I’ve come across and he always brings a warm smile to your face when you see him. I remember that one time I made a joke about taking selfies after the show and he called me ‘Selfie boy’ for the rest of the holiday 🤣. I will miss you and hopefully, we will get to see you soon when we next come to the resort as well.
Also, I would like to thank Senem. She is also very kind, funny and a very friendly, positive person to be around (eg always bringing a warm smile to our faces everyday from start till finish and making us feel very welcome at the resort). I will always remember the times when we played darts every morning and I always used to win. Also, I will remember that one time we played Uno on our last day with my brother, Iklim and Enes, and I came last every single time. I will also miss you and hopefully, I will get to meet you soon when we next come to the resort as well.
I would also like to thank two people in particular: Sertan and Emre at the bar, for making the experience a wonderful one for us. Can’t wait to see you guys again as well.
Also, the market was really nice and quiet and I managed to get lots of football shirts for a very reasonable price plus some trainers.
Overall, it was a really nice experience and we can’t wait to come back next time and meet everyone again.
