Another Visit 🇹🇷
We have just returned from our 5th visit to this fantastic hotel and wanted to review it once again. We were a party of nine and everyone of us had a brilliant time made all the better by the wonderful staff that make this hotel.The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and our servers Sybil and her daughter were great. The lunch we went either to the vento or breeze bars were the food was delicious and the staff could not do enough for us. At night we ate in the Al la Carte restaurants we ate in the Chinese, Indian,Turkish,Vela(Mediterranean) some more than once. The starters in the Indian were delicious, the Turkish sharing platter was amazing, the vela restaurant the starters were all fantastic with the prawns, calamari and marinated sea bass standing out as our favourites but Omg the steak in there was a 10. The staff in all of these restaurants are so kind and go above and beyond to serve you the names I can remember are Ozer Coul,Furkan,Aziz and Yalgin. I have to mention one night while we were having dinner this lovely man came round all our tables in restaurant to ask if we were having a nice holiday and was food good, the next day he seen me on site and made a point of speaking to me again I learnt he was the director of food and beverage Omur Akin lovely touch these things don’t go unnoticed. There was only one downside to all of the holiday and it was when we went to bay view bar on two occasions and the service was not the best there was a group of guests who were taking up the servers time asking for different cocktails and forgetting that there was other guests needing served. The kids clubs Capri and the Youngsters club are fantastic plenty of activities to keep the kids well entertained and all the staff in both were brilliant. I have to mention the lovely staff at guest relations when you booking anything they are so helpful especially the girl who is getting married in September. They also took the time to hunt for my grandsons lost property and found it for us on our last day. Thank you Hilton can’t wait to return.

Good but not great for Turkey
Lovely hotel with a good choice of food. Rooms were comfortable and room servicing facilities were also good. Pools were a bit cold. There was a hut outside for Turkish type roti with different stuffings. There were also a cafe which had lovely patisserie. The main restaurant had a small variety of food for lunch. A good selection provided at breakfast but the only live station was for omelettes. At night time, there was a wider selection but no live cooking. This was poor when compared to other hotels in Turkey. The inside pool was also cold. The sauna and steam room were on but a bit dated. The Hammam area was really lovely and totally empty: The beauty treatments were more expensive than in the UK which was very disappointing as we normally come to Turkey to get a good massage! I tried to bargain but they didn’t budge. Overall a pleasant stay but I expected more from Hilton Dalaman which did not meet my expectations.

Tolga and Muzaffer is the best
The overall service of all the restaurants was amazing. All the staff is so friendly, a special shoutout to Muzaffer Soylu and Tolga Sener. The hotel is an amazing place and I personally recommend to all families ages older and younger.
