our stay here was fantastic. the room was spacious and we had a generous size balcony compared to other rooms. good view of the sea and surrounding mountains. comfy beds and cleaned well makes all the difference. make sure to ask for high floor when booking. there is a main pool for some fun and music but also a nice 16+ pool which was relaxing when needing a peaceful atmosphere. reps on site were really nice and made us feel welcome. we both visited the spa and had an amazing Thai massage which made us both feel good afterwards. if i'm being picky the only down side was the food. it was well cooked and tasty but not nearly enough variety for my likes. maybe more traditional Turkish food and less chicken and turkey, also better labelling of what everything is on the salad bar. my daughter struggled to find things she wanted. the local area was good but be prepared it is very expensive in the surrounding area. they have a shuttle bus to a quiter beach with sunbeds included which was nice. overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its atmosphere, location, staff and rooms.
cheap and cheerful all inclusive dont expect amazing food or amazing rooms and youll be fine. but what you will get is an amazing entertainment team. erin and betty where so good at there jobs and they made are holiday thank you.
Staff are very helpful, sweet and welcoming people especially the entertainment staff and bar staff , the food is lovely, very nice atmosphere to be in, cleaners always come and clean your room and do a very good job, I am very satisfied and will come again . And also beach party oh my god It was brilliant this is really best activitie in this town!!!
Wow what a hotel!!! Simply amazing. We had such a great time, the most welcoming and friendly atmosphere here. Such a brilliant location so close to the beach and local strip with shops and etc just a stone throw away. The rooms were brilliant, clean and fresh, done daily with constant water refill in your mini fridges. Brilliant staff all around, especially the restaurant team who daily made time and effort with my little girl, remembering her name and bringing her all she needed. Three amazing pools here, one for adults, one for babies and one for all the family, so much fun and lovely. Great facilities here with the little shop and the spa - we went three times to the spa it was that lovely. The ladies are so chatty and sweet, they even did a little treatment on my daughter so she was not left out either.
A special mention to the amazing entertainment team - especially Erin and Betty - they honestly made our stay the best it could be. So much time and effort from them in making your days so special and fun. Really could not of said thank you anymore, they really have made us want to return next year.
The reason I have given this hotel 4 stars is purely for the room we stayed in. After a long delayed flight, we just wanted to get to our room and go to sleep. The room was quite dated, the strip light in the bathroom was flashing all night (you couldn't switch it off), the fire alarm light was flashing all night and the fridge was noisy, so we had to switch it off, and most of the plug sockets didnt work. We reported this to reception the next morning, and they sorted this out straight away. The wardrobe was a massive design fault as the hangers were too big for the doors to be able to close, and it seemed that this was previously a twin room with the beds pushed together, which left all the light switches in the middle. When you turned over in the middle of the night, you would knock the switches and turn all the lights on. The balcony is also very small, too small to sit out. So we just used it to dry our washing. The view was of the restaurant roof. Cleaning was a bit hit and miss. You are given 2 cups and 1 glass (for 2 people). The cups get cleaned, the glass doesn't. I had to take a glass from the restaurant to make up the numbers and not at any point did the glasses get changed. If you hang the bath towels on the hooks, they don't get changed. So make sure you put your towels on on the floor or you won't get clean ones. Bedding gets changed every 3 days. Food was good.Breakfast choice was boiled, fried, scrambled eggs or omlette. Toast, cereal, tea, coffee and other continental choices. Dinner and tea was always varied. Although if you are a fussy eater, you would probably struggle. They did an amazing roast dinner on a Sunday. The pool area is always very busy, but we didnt struggle for a sun lounger and parasol. Staff always reminded guests that any towels put down before 7:30am would be removed. Entertainment staff worked very hard with a variety of pool games, darts or bowling throughout the day. Music was played all day quiet loud but this didn't bother us. Night time Entertainment was good although found £10 for 1 strip of bingo tickets a bit pricey. Bar staff worked hard all day/night. Especially when the cocktails started at 7pm. I was very disappointed that as a non drinker, that staff said they were not allowed to make a strawberry daiquiri as a mocktail as they were being watched on cctv. But they could make every other one on the list. Not sure of the real reason for this, but it makes no sense. Overall, the hotel was good. We enjoyed our stay despite the few problems we encountered. But probably wouldn't stay again!
