The best resort we have ever experienced
This hotel is exceptional. The staff cannot do enough for you. We are staying in a room with jacuzzi and private pool and it is immaculate. The views are insane. The food is beautiful. The staff are worth their weight in gold. The waiting staff are fantastic and Hassan the excursion organiser’s customer service is outstanding Already looking to book to return next year during summer. Cannot find one single fault since arrival
Great hotel & staff
Great entertainment team and friendly staff, lots of things to do, games like darts,football,bingo & lots more, customer support is great, we love all the entertainment team especially mr luxury!
Pool extremely cold
Staying here at the moment and like many others here my downside is the pool Far too cold we are a family of 6 upgraded to private pool and cannot use it as it’s too cold It’s such a shame as the baby in family loves swimming and she can’t use it Also I did try to go in one day but the steps up to my room were far too high for me to use I found this in the heated pool Aswell

The morning activity’s are amazing and the nighttime shows are good, the food is really nice and the rooms are nice and spacious. The staff are really nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel. The morning activities and night time show are great. Great teams especially the entertainment team. The rooms are lovely with great views and food is lovely. It’s very clean everywhere.
