- Manaspark Deluxe Hotel

Located approximately 1.3 kilometres from Ölüdeniz, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Fethiye, this hotel is situated in an elevated position, providing breathtaking views over the valley to the sea. Guests will find a host of tourist attractions in the surroundings, such as Gemiler Island, Araxa and Tlos, home of the mythological Pegasus. Local transport is available from the main road, approximately 100 metres away. This establishment is composed of two main buildings and guests will find the pool area and an outdoor restaurant between them. Renovated in 2010, this air-conditioned beach hotel offers a host of comfortable guest rooms featuring private balconies.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I read previous reviews and thought it was worth a go as we wanted a small hotel, big mistake. The review by Niamh probably sums up our key issues and if I had read it then I would have flicked on by this the hotel.
Key issues include mixed level of Service ( reception are dreadful), food quality (raw chicken too) , room issues including a waste pipe from the above apartments running though our ground floor deluxe one which sounded like we had a built in waterfall, not great when the people want showers every night at 1am), and certainly dont try to ask for additional pillows - more chance of winning the national lottery. As for entertainment, if you like bingo & poor local dancers then it's for you but its really a token gesture to say they have entertainment. Music is pumped out all day at full blast . I love the ibiza club scene but not all day but does stop at midnight. The only relief is when the local mosque does their call to pray and the music is switched off, thankfully this is 5 times a day though they do start at 5am and can easily be heard in your room.
This hotel with the right management, staff who understand what customer service means and a full refurbishment could be a little gem.
There are far better hotels in Turkey and recommend you continue your search for your next holiday destination and avoid this hotel.
A very disappointing stay despite the beautiful setting
We arrived late at night and were initially pleased with the location of our room — beside the pool and close to the snack bar. Unfortunately, the welcome plate of nuts left for us was covered in ants. We returned it, and although we appreciated the gesture, it set the tone for the rest of our stay.
As we had arrived late, we went straight to the snack bar, where we were served raw chicken schnitzel. Not a great first meal.
Room & Cleanliness
On inspection, the room was functional but certainly not “deluxe.” The bathroom was particularly poor:
• Limescale built up around the shower • A rusted mirror that looked awful • A shower head that couldn’t be used hands‑free because the attachment was too high and angled incorrectly, causing water to spray across the entire bathroom
We asked for this to be repaired, but nothing was done. Housekeeping changed towels daily, but the bathroom was not cleaned. I had to request cleaning, and even then it was only done once during our 10‑day stay.
The lighting in the room was terrible. It was so dark that the only place with enough light to apply makeup was outside, using a handheld mirror.
Bars & Drinks
The pool bar served only beer — no other alcohol — and there was no poolside waiter service. To get anything else, you had to walk to the garden bar.
Cocktails were extremely disappointing:
• Limited menu • Pre‑made bottled cocktails • Poor taste • Any request outside the small menu was met with a firm “no”
The male bartender at the garden bar was the most unfriendly staff member we encountered. He appeared rude and uninterested, and at times there was a noticeable difference in how guests of different nationalities were treated. This felt uncomfortable and, at times, hostile.
It was also almost impossible to get a drink with meals unless you approached staff directly, yet we saw other nationalities being offered drinks without asking.
Noise
Our room had a lovely poolside view, but from 7:30am every morning we were woken by chairs scraping across the restaurant floor above us — for hours.
General Impression
I had read some of the negative reviews before booking and was concerned, especially by the photos. After staying here, I can confirm that many of those comments were accurate. I’ve included my own photos to show that this isn’t simply negativity — the rooms are tired, poorly maintained, and far from deluxe.
The one positive was the peaceful location, but overall this was a very disappointing holiday, especially considering the significant amount of money we paid. I’m sure this hotel was wonderful when it first opened, but based on our experience, I would look at other hotels in the area.
I arrived early from another hotel in Ovacık, reception were great encouraging me to use the facilities while i waited for my room. On the whole the staff at the hotel were very helpful & friendly except one barman at the garden bar. The chefs were absolutely fantastic, barbecuing Mackerel at lunch time & seabass or sea bream at dinner, Yusuf and Ella really did look after me. On the whole the food was very good, the salad selection and barbecued meat were exceptional! Food at the snack bar was also good although opening times seemed a bit odd.
Rooms at the Manas park were comfortable, really nice bathrooms, good showers and a beautiful view from our room. The cleaner did a great job every day we were in room 2407.
Entertainment was pretty good each evening and Errol was very welcoming, he even reserved a table for our party of eight people each evening.
The internet at Manas park is intermittent, speeds range from 10 megabits per second to zero within seconds, this makes it very difficult to do anything meaningful.
The bar has one choice of beer, one red wine and one white, no prosecco which disappointed a few in our group.
8 of us went together and loved this hotel, the food is excellent and the servers are all very polite and work very quickly to get your drinks for you, they don't do Prosecco which was my friends only complaint, for what we paid she did expect it. The rooms are lovely and are cleaned to a high standard every single day. The Wi-Fi isn't good at all, in fact it was pretty awful at times but we didn't let it get us down. Errol who organised the entertainment was fun and saved us a table every night which was very king. We all had a massage which was so lovely and great value for money. We enjoyed both the restaurant and the snack bar which made a nice change to have something freshly cooked for you, the bolognaise and chicken was very tasty. It is a very hilly hotel so be prepared to climb.
We had an amazing stay at manaspark, lovely location, the beach affiliated with the hotel was perfect, down on the lagoon so amazing views and tranquil waters, the lagoon beach itself was sooo busy so much nicer, good music, great food and cocktails. The food at the hotel was fantastic, the staff all very attentive and very hard working. Entertainment was good, finished by 10 most nights but the strip is only 5 min taxi away if you want a bit more, plus a 24hour bar with great bar staff. Plenty of sunbeds, a small.hotel so wasn't super crazy busy at any point...perfect for us! A 5 min taxi from Bagadan cable cars, would definitly.recommend a visit up there to watch the sunset and have a meal or drink, the most amazing sunset I've watched in my life 😀 We really could not fault the hotel, we won 3 days back there in October so really hoping we can make it, we would definitly visit again and recommend to anyone.
