This little gem of a place is perfect in every way! The wonderful staff they are all amazing, what a team you have! We have already booked for next year! See you September 27 we cant wait!
Beautiful hotel
Absolutely lovely hotel staff were amazing food really good was only bed and breakfast which very good plenty to choose from.Food and drinks were on sale all day we ate there most days and everything was cooked well and tasted great.Lovely quiet hotel 10 minutes from the strip and the beach would highly recommend and will definitely go here again

15th visit
This was our 15th vist to the maya after a 3 year break things have changed here bad points you have to pay £10 for a cooked breakfast which you use to get in with the price. The cleaners are not very good only once in 10 days did they clean our balcony. 2 days out of 10 left with no bottled water in room. Pool lots of leaves in pool and moss which was not cleaned out only robot cleaner put in pool at night which didn’t pick these items up. We had to check out 12 o’clock midday we wasn’t getting picked up till 6 that evening. We asked if we could pay and keep the room for 4 hours management said no they were fully booked we later found out that the room was not occupied till the next day. Good points great bar staff so helpful and on point great kitchen staff food through day and night excellent.

Amazing Hotel
Amazing hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. Housekeeping was excellent.
The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but it’s still very convenient. Just a 2 to 3 minute walk and you’re right in the middle of the busy restaurant and pub street. The location is perfect, quiet when you want to relax, but close to everything.
If you’re staying on the ground floor, you also get direct access to the pool, which is a great bonus.

Couples holiday
Perfect location, small walk to the strip. The hotel gave a family friendly atmosphere pets included, watching the Nona busy during breakfast was heart warming, can not find any faults. The rooms and hotel were so clean, possibly the cleanest I have been in, and as it was end of season you expect to see some wear and tear. We had the breakfast buffet included, I am the fussiest eater ever known and I had something to eat every morning (they do love their eggs) I would have loved some different fruit offered but thats just being picky 😋 but would give the breakfast 98% coffee and tea Perfect 👌. If you are after a "English cooked breakfast" plenty of places offering them on the strip!!! Always popped to the bar on our way out, always welcomed with a smile and a hello. If you want a relaxing holiday with the option of busy this is your place. Will definitely be back.
