Im going to be honest, when i first arrived at this hotel i was dreading seeing the room because the outside is not very eyecatching. However, little did I know how surprised I would be with this great hotel. Firstly, Perfect location, get to enjoy the full extent of the strip without any noise as it is a perfect distance away from all of the main bars. The atmosphere of the hotel is fairly chilled out as it was not jam packed whilst we were there which we found very pleasant, and always sunbeds available throughout the day in and out of the sun. The rooms were exceptional with a great standard and our room was cleaned every single day (8 days of my holiday) with the use of modern technology to let cleaners know when to clean the room or not - and what a great job they do. The value for money was very good and budget friendly - roughly £300 for 8 nights! Moreover, the pool was perfect as it was never too full and they also offer a free pool table which we used a lot. The breakfast is the only thing i think could possibly be improved as there isn't very much option, however the customised omelets you can order was quite nice. Definitely book here
We stayed earlier in the month. Overall impressed with the hotel however there were a couple of areas that need improvement. The pool was generally quiet with great staff who come round and check on you periodically. Drinks were great and reasonably priced too - would definitely recommend the strawberry daiquiri (ask for a spoon).
Location is great - quiet at night but only a minutes walk from the main restaurant and bar area.
Rooms are relatively basic but do the job. The beds are rock hard - I tend to sleep on my side and started to get swelling and bruising on my hips from where my hip bones were on the mattress. Air con is great and the rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily. I saw reviews saying don’t get a bottom floor room but we had one and didn’t have any issues with it (we weren’t directly next to the pool though).
Breakfast was OK - my partner loves a full English so was disappointed there was no meat at breakfast however they do have an egg, omelet and pancake station so that sufficed.
Would maybe stay again however would definitely stay again if the mattress is updated to something softer.
First arrival at Hotel : on arrival to the hotel at 0930 we were told no rooms are ready and we had to wait until around 1300, has this was a package holiday the hotel would have know which guests would be arriving and when, you would therefore assume they have rooms ready. We spent a few hours walking around the area and sat for food and drinks, once in the room it was clean and tidy.
ROOM: basic but clean. Small fridge that was ok for a few bottles of water and milk ect. Tv with 1 x film and 2 x news channels in English, air con that worked, hair dryer (partner said it wasn’t good) but she’d brought a spare anyway. Lower floor with small terrace looking out onto the pool area, 2 small chairs and a tiny table outside, WiFi was hit and miss in the room but was ok on the terrace. Bed wasn’t very comfy (hard mattress) but most places of this rating are the same. 1 sofa in the room which was nice and saves sitting on the bed all the time. The bathroom shower was decent with either a waterfall head or hand held option. Room summary: basic but good.
FOOD AREA: hotel is b&b, the breakfast is standard Turkish lay out, salad / cold meats / cheese ect. There isn’t much hot choice but they do make omelettes / eggs fresh if you request them. There is cereals out but the milk is in cartons and just left on the side (not refrigerated or cold).
POOL: very nice clean pool area. Plenty of sun beds and no matter what time we went out during the day there was sun-beds available. The hotel doesn’t let people reserve them before 0700, after this time there’s the regular “reservers” putting towels on but only a few and really there was need to do this. The pool area is kept very clean at all times. Music is played during the day and does become repetitive.
STAFF: the regular serving staff (3 guys and 1 girl) were very nice, polite and worked all day everyday from starting at breakfast then working around the pool and bar for the rest of the day.
One of the main issues was the room cleaners. You have a digital button to show if you want your room cleaned or not each day. We set this to “clean” every morning but the cleaners only came in twice during the 7 days, on e they didn’t empty the waste bin and the 2nd time didn’t leave clean towels. So not really sure what they did.
SUMMARY: nice little hotel that was well worth the money paid. Improvement needed with room cleaning team and check in options when arriving outside usual check in times. We’ve stayed in 4 different hotels in Olu Deniz and would return here again.
Just returned from another fantastic time staying here. From beginning to end staff when more than helpful… shout out to Geoff at the bar…such a great bloke Rooms are good sizes, pool is perfect with plenty of sun lounges. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great location and so peaceful, worth every penny spent.
I chose this hotel after reading reviews about being quiet during the night. They have a pool and a bar, but we couldn't hear any noises during the night, so we had a great sleep. The rooms were very spacious and had a nice balcony where we could see the paragliders flying in the sky. Breakfast was great. They prepared eggs, omelettes and pancakes as requested. Location was great, very close to the beach and Blue Lagoon. The staff was nice and friendly. You can rent beach towels from the reception.
