Lovely hotel and friendly staff
Currently staying at the Motto premium hotel and spa. Read mixed reviews so came with an open mind. Arrived at 2am and the reception staff were attentive in check-in. Took our cases and showed us to our room. A few minutes later the same person knocked on the door with some food for us. Very unexpected. The room exceeded my expectations. Very clean and spacious. Food amazing and hot, Our little pool bar lady (can't remember her name) and restaurant staff are all friendly, attentive. Our first visit to Marmaris. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Moved hotels
Greeted by a lovely Irish lady very pleasant hotel nice but the food in the restaurant was horrendous we all ordered different and none of us could eat it dry tasteless when we told them the chef was fuming then we got dirty looks for the rest of the evening with all the staff talking about us Breakfast was funny I asked for toast ( we were half board ) I wasn’t allowed toast but could have a so called English breakfast with toast Menu was very limited on half board and cheap ingredients A cat was walking from table to table We found a hair in a drink and again they kept staring at us saying it was our own 🤦♀️ It was so bad we moved hotels the nxt day This picture said it all in the restaurant

Dont bother
Hotel was nice staff not very friendly food disgusting we complained the staff made us feel very uncomfortable and intimidating all stood at the past laughting and looking over to us a cat walking in restaurants wasn't good as we had someone who is allergic we were told we couldn't take towels to swimming pool very rudely then saw visitors taking towels to the beach we moved in the end definitely wouldn't recommend

Do not book this hotel
The hotel was nice. The restaurant was food was disgusting. Cold. Inedible. Half board and there is a set menu for the whole week with only a few options. The staff were rude and unapproachable. Never stay there again. 4* more like a 1 star service. Hotel views were disgusting. Please save your money and book somewhere else.

Exceeded my expectations, true Turkish Hospitality
My experience at Motto Premium Hotel was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The greeting was professional and the check-in process was seamless, further enhanced by an appreciated upgrade to a sea-view room. The accommodations were modern, impeccably clean, and featured high-quality, comfortable bedding, complemented by a balcony with impressive views of the sea and mountains.
The hotel is centrally located in Marmaris, providing convenient access to local areas and the nearby shopping mall.
The breakfast was high-quality and showcased authentic Turkish hospitality. The restaurant staff were welcoming and attentive, and I particularly valued the diverse, freshly prepared options that distinguished the dining experience from a standard buffet.
The swimming pool and associated bar are excellent additions to the property, ensuring all guest requirements are met.
I was thoroughly impressed by the team at Motto Premium, whose commitment to providing outstanding service significantly enhanced my stay.
I look forward to returning in the near future for a longer visit.
