The location of the hotel is excellent. The atmosphere is fine if you’re either Turkish or Russian with very little consideration for anyone who is British. The rooms are a decent size, however were quite basic. We stayed 10 nights and the room was cleaned 3 times. For the price we paid, I wouldn’t say it was value for money, having to eat out on several occasions. The guys at the pool bar served everyone well, the people who worked in the restaurant also done a good job. The hairdressers were also good. We’re planning on returning to Marmaris next year and we won’t be returning here.
First time for us at this hotel as preferred hotel wasn't available, not the five star resort we were expecting more like a four star. Stayed in a large corner room which slept a family of four with ease, including having two balconies, everything you could need except tea making facilities. Decor slightly tired but otherwise clean and tidy. Restaurant was too small for the size of the hotel and had to wait for seats to become available, food typical for turkey, all food was well cooked and had no concerns. Beachfront pool is small and very busy, we used the silent pool that had a separate child's pool, plenty of sun loungers. This pool also had its own pool bar. Child entertainment started at 2115 and was very repetative, it takes place on a small stage within a few feet of the open pool, I had visions of a child falling into the pool, this should be reconsidered. Inappropriate explicit music was also played immediately after the children's entertainment had finished, time should have been given to allow families with young children to disperse beforehand. Evening entertainment didn't start until 2215 and was of poor quality, often overpowered by the music of the Irish pub next door. Staff were very friendly and overall it was an enjoyable stay. Hotel popular with Russian and Turkish families.
Love the musics ❤️ we having so much fun . Thanks to dj’s .
My husband and 12 year old son went to this resort. They said it was a very nice place where they had easy access to the beach and city centre. The room, where they stayed in, was well tidied by the room cleaners. The atmosphere was a mainly calm but in the cities it was more lively. There is a spa, by the reception, where the son and husband got a Turkish bath and massage. My son, Ayaan, would like to especially thank Asih for giving very nice service in the spa. The entertainment place is small and slightly low level. If you want to be entertained, I suggest going to the lobby where in the piano bar, Mr Omer, plays fabulous music. For a father son trip, this costed around £1.3k pounds which is a steal for a holiday.
Most important, what everyone needs to know before booking, this is not a 5* hotel! Inside the hotel everything is old, many things not working, nothing to make you feel like in a 5 star hotel. The restaurant where all 3 meals of the day are being served looks more like a canteen and the food is...also not for a 5 star restaurant. One choice for meat for every meal, some pasta, some pizza, few salads and some cakes. The animation is missing almost all the time. Just one boy asking sometimes if anyone wants to play darts...and that's it. Most of the evenings there is no animation show, maybe just playing some music by the pool. If the hotel would be advertised as 3 or 4 stars than the price would be corect. We will definitely not come back, and we advise everyone who is looking for a real 5 * holiday to stay away from this location.
