We arrived at blue palace and were put in the attic rooms..absolutely terrible, dirty, smelly, lights not working, curtains hanging off, shower and taps dirty, would not even sit on sofa it was that dirty. Went to reception and they said they might be able to change our room next day but it was not a certainty. I could not even stay in that room for 1 night, so we went to seek other accommodation. Don't get me wrong the hotel was brilliant at refunding our money so no problem there and I have heard that other rooms are okay, but my experience was really not good. My advice would be do not rent them attic rooms out. They guy on reception was really nice though

Worst Experience.
This was worse holiday in a long time. There was no consideration from smokers at Dingng tables, the language around the hotel from fellow guests was appalling with adults swearing frequently around young children, often the woman were worse than the men, there was continuous banging of bedroom doors and children screaming throughout the day and night, we were glad to get home for rest.
1st time turkiye holiday
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good stay, great location, lovely staff!
Stayed here in August as a single Muslim parent with my daughter. We had a good time overall. My daughter is autistic and didn't engage much with activities or people, but she really enjoyed the food and drinks — especially the mocktails and soft drinks from the bar! We loved exploring the beaches, did some shopping, and visited İçmeler, the marina and other nice places nearby.
Big thanks to the bar staff — Jimmy, Murad and Freddy — they were so friendly and really looked after us. It's in a great spot with a mini market and shops around the back, and the beach is easy to get to. Met some really lovely people too. Not perfect everywhere, but we enjoyed our holiday and would consider coming back next year & also the ginger cat is now called Dave please tell Jimmy to keep his name dave 😀 big thank-you maybe see you next year.

Cheeky trip away
It was my 3rd time staying at Blue Palace the last 12 months.Ozzy and the staff are so helpful and friendly made you feel so welcome. Any issues arose was sorted asap.location everything is only 5 mins away .only downfall was the self catering rooms are abit dated but plenty of space though .that hasn't put me off to book again for 2027

Just returned home from another fantastic stay at blue palace marmaris rooms spotless clean clean towels everday we was very well looked after thanks to freddy Jimmy moses joe and junior would help you owt with anything you wanted thanks to ozzy as well and barish who help you owt with anything you need thank you we had a fantastic holiday you can buy a meal package which is excellent value for money food excellent hotel in good location counting down the days to coming back missing marmaris so much love to you all Karen and Richard
