This residence is situated in Içmeler right at the heart of the popular tourist destination of Marmaris, just minutes from the beach and 9 km from the resort town. Surrounding the hotel are commercial areas featuring many shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Minibus connections are available while the transfer time from Dalaman's airport is about 2 hours. The hotel was built in 2001 and refurbished in 2014 and consists of 325 rooms on 4 floors in 4 blocks. There are 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools with sun-bathing terraces where the whole family can enjoy a day of water fun. There is also a homely bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. For recreation the hotel offers a gym, sauna and hammam. All rooms are tastefully furnished and include an en-suite bathroom.

Upon our arrival, the receptionist with curly hair, whom I later found out was named Aisha, immediately asked us for a tip. Rather than offering an official room upgrade, she made it clear that paying her personally would result in us receiving a better room. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, unprofessional, and spoke to guests in a disrespectful manner.
When I asked if I could see the room before deciding, she refused. Instead, she told me that unless I paid, we would be given a small, low-quality room.
Because I was traveling with my family, I chose to pay instead of arguing, as I felt pressured by the situation and wanted to avoid any unnecessary conflict.

really great hotel lots of big pools so people aren’t cramped had hreat night time entertain for kids and adults fun activities to do throughout the day and great staff

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful stay at Mirage World Hotel in İçmeler and could not fault a single thing about our time here — from start to finish it was simply lovely. The entertainment team are absolutely brilliant, full of energy, so friendly and welcoming, and put so much effort into every show and activity to make sure everyone has fun and feels included. Our room was always spotless, beautifully cleaned every single day, and the whole hotel is kept so clean and well looked‑after everywhere you go. All the staff are polite and helpful, the atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and it’s just such a lovely place to stay — we would absolutely recommend it to anyone and we hope to come back again soon.
