Excellent family hotel
Excellent family hotel. Gigi, cedric and bucky alonf with the ladies ( sorry dont know your names) make the kids holiday every year. Rooms at clean, food good, entertainment each night , some low key other nights excellent but always something on. Location- a little out of town but 1 pound per person to icmler or marmaris on the Dolmus which are every 5 mins and stop is a 2 min walk. Brilliant family hotel. Wonderful staff
Another fabulous family holiday
Just home from another amazing 2 weeks in grand aquarium, travelled with family & cant fault this place at all. The entertainment staff are worth their weight in gold and always make the holiday for my kids however all the staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. We were greeted with a warm welcome & had a lovely send off where everyone made sure to say goodbye before we set off home, very touching! The place is very clean. We will definitely return for a third time. Special mention for Kami the bar & wait staff who looked after my youngest the entire stay. He definitely made a new friend on this holiday!

We’re currently waiting to be picked up for our transfer home - always the worst part of the holiday.
We would definitely say here again.
2 adults & 2 teenagers - we had a one bedroom apartment. It was a bit tight but manageable. You need to pay for the safe (£10 per week) and air conditioning (£35 for one or £55 for two for the week) separately.
The food and drink was quite nice and very reasonably priced. £5 for a full English breakfast.
The pool area was clean and organised. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. It has been quiet and finding a sunbed has not been an issue.
It’s quite far out from the centre. About a 20 minute walk. We hired a 4 seater golf cart for £20 per day. Made getting around easy.
We didn’t really take part in any of the hotel entertainment but there was things on offer during the day and the evening. Not as much during the day as I’ve seen at other hotels but this was fine by us.
The overall atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The manager made sure we had everything we needed for comfort and the rest of the staff were friendly, attentive and efficient.
There are a good few cats at the hotel. They are well taken care of and friendly.
My only real negative was the beds. They are extremely hard. The pillows are also hard. The manager give me a new pillow which was definitely softer but still very firm.

Great family holiday
Second time visiting Grand Aquarium. It's such a lovely hotel and the staff especially the entertainment team make this hotel, they are so friendly and good fun. We will definitely return again 🥰
Another great holiday
Another year another great holiday big thanks to kamil ben and mike who worked so hard to make everyone’s holiday enjoyable service in the restaurant and bar was excellent they are all new this year and were great big thanks as always to sally who is always on hand to help. Cleaning staff are brilliant room cleaned every day. Mr hans around the pool is a good man and very helpful
