Scenic views are part of the deal at the Hotel Aqua – it’s sandwiched between pine-cloaked mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. It’s set on Icmeler’s sand-and-shingle beach, just a five-minute walk away from the town centre.
Prepare for plenty of pool days here, whatever the weather – the hotel has large outdoor and indoor swimming pools, heated from March to May and again in October and November. Anyone into their health and wellness can also pop into the gym and the spa.

Lovely ..... but!!!
Lovely staff,location fantastic and rooms clean and comfortable. Why isn't this hotel adults only? Around the pool was ruined on occasions by children screaming at the top of their voices! The clientele must be 85 plus percent over 55 years old and really don't need this! Music starts at 21.30 ... why? .. goes on till way after 23.00 and the poor people with rooms on the corner must be going mad because the music is so much louder than last year. Probably won't be back unfortunately 😕

Best hotel in Icmeler
Just back from a glorious 2 week stay at the hotel. The overriding point about this hotel is the truly amazing and wonderful staff. They cannot do enough for you. The food was also excellent with a good selection in the buffet for breakfast and evening meals and we used the sunset snack bar for lunches. We used the spa several times which was good and the outdoor pool was heated. The entertainment was good and the team were excellent but the evening shows are repeated on the second week. The only negative point we had was that our bed sheets weren't changed once over the 2 week stay - but not a deal breaker I would return back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Just disappointed
It’s a nice location although the size of the grounds are very small. Positives - the location. The staff are fantastic. Food seems okay. Shower is powerful although not very hot. Beds are comfy. Negatives - I had a problem and the reception staff were quite unhelpful. Pleasant but inefficient. The staff Member told me that managers didn’t work Sundays so I couldn’t speak to one?? This is not a cheap hotel. I’ve gone to cheaper much better hotels in this area. I booked this because my party have an 18 month baby and it stated that the pool was heated so I wanted to spend a lot of my holiday swimming with my grandson. The water is ridiculously cold to the point that the baby would not go in the water at all. Apparently the hotel is due to close for the season early November and I feel this is why the pool is not heated. Literally NO ONE is going in the pool. The indoor one is slightly less cold but still not a pleasant experience. I am having to share a bed with my daughter as we weren’t given single beds and my mother is sleeping on a mattress on the sofa. I have had to ring for extra towels and cups because we had 2 cups and 2 hand towels and 3 bath towels for 4 of us. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and is more like a 3 star. I won’t be recommending this to anyone and definitely not families. To get to the lift I have to carry the buggy up 3 steps. No ramp?? Surely this is obvious to a 5 star hotel when booking that a baby would need a buggy and that this would be an issue. Just lots of things that shouldn’t be a problem and a good hotel wouldn’t allow to happen. I’m just so disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money. I really wish I had not come here. If I could change hotels at this point I would be it’s not an option. Please don’t waste your money booking here. It is just disappointing. However the staff are brilliant.

A Gem in Icmeler
We arrived home in the early hours this morning following our 3rd stay this year. Found the food, staff and entertainment fantastic and better than previous visits. We also had our grown up daughter and friend with us to enjoy the Aqua facilities. Would particularly like to highlight Aleyna on reception who welcomed us by name and a warm smile late on night of 13th, she also assisted us throughout the week with minor issues we encountered, she is a gem and a great asset to the reception an area which was previously unwelcoming.
