Lovely stay, great food, would benefit from updating but it
Good food, friendly staff and amazing views. Very clean and we always found a sunbed (kids pool quieter). The Turkish bath and massage was amazing, all 3 of us had bath and treatment for £100 and loved it. The drinks are ok, served in solid plastic glasses during day and glasses at night. The added bonus of lovely kids cocktails on A/I was a welcome bonus for my little boy. Pool towels can be swapped as many times as you need. Things that could be improved: -Kids entertainment average -A little tired (dated) but always clean and everything provided. -Our room was quite small for 3 (608) -Hotel unable to offer late check-out, even though our room wasn’t occupied when we left and would have been happy to pay. My child has SEN and we didn’t leave until 5pm so a little inconvenient but we showered and changed in spa so not the end of the world. Not adverse to returning but would definitely pay for a larger room or upgrade

Absolutley brilliant hotel,lots going on with the entertainment team. We found the food and drinks very nice,something for everyone. The whole hotel is kept very clean. The staff are very friendly and cant do enough for you. I emailed Durmus before i came to ask for ground floor rooms because we struggle with steps and Dermus was very obliging and gave us what we needed,even messaged the day after we arrived to make sure we was happy with our rooms so thankyou Dermus for going above and beyond. I would definatley recomend this hotel and will defo be returning.
Great Family Holiday
Great family holiday don't let bad reviews put you off. Wish we could of stayed longer.
Good size room with a great sea veiw a little bit dated but grat air con and well cleaned
Food was great good selection for all of the family. Snack bar also good and so was the drinks. Hotel was vibrant throughout the day and evening dident hear any noise at night room was so quiet. Entertainment was good shame noting on a Sunday evening (just foam party at beach ok but drinks expensive)

Staff was all lovely especially reception and Sonya at the bar very lovely staff food we found was very good, drinks not on the best side of things and the paradise beach through the hotel transfer I wouldn’t do again (cramped beach club) I’d just cab to the beach or get a water taxi from the beach to butterfly bay. ( beutiful bay) Way better experience of the beach. Overall good holiday room was good pool was all good scenery was beautiful (other then local strip be prepared to taxi most places) 8/10 - also very cute kitty’s especially big chongus (you’ll know when you see him)
Hotel review
All the staff were so Lovley and friendly really helpful, especially Sonya on the bar. We enjoyed the food, drinks were alright not the best. The nearest beach is called paradise beach personally wouldn’t go back it’s very restricted you can’t swim past certain section feels cramped more of a cove then an actual beach. If you get a taxi down to centre and get water taxi to butterfly beach that is better and can have a whole day there. The location you can walk to the nearest strip or again you can get taxi to other centre, we also went about 30 min drive to another part which was very nice but it is a bit out of way but I would say at least do it once. We were happy with the room no issue there. Lots of cats one in particular that quite literally stood out but he is such a cute kitty!!
