Very friendly
We had a couples Turkish bath and the atmosphere was so peaceful and calm, we had our children with us who were very well behaved!.. absolute great value for what you pay, staff especially TJ & Kimora, they were fantastic right through until we left and with the children

Phenomenal
Amazing hospitality & catering staff are incredibly nice they cant do enough for you we left yesterday 15/7 after a week of non stop entertainment thanks to Teddy Berk Yıldırım who is your go to when you arrive to book your incursions and activities we booked ours the day we arrived & he organised non stop activities for the whole week, great for children aswell with nightly child karaokes and themes till the adult themes begin @ the hotel theatre. Bars open till 12am nightly & food down at lower pool all day in the pool restaurant. Rooms are nice and spacious with great air con system, spa, gym, it has got the lot, so glad we visited that hotel and no other. You wont be disappointed 5star from me!!
