Great Hotel excellent staff.
Once again not disappointed. My stay this time was in the 3 bedroom apartment. Very well equipped kitchen clean and great location overlooking the ‘quiet’ pool. Service and cleaning second to non the whole apartment was spotless. Ali and his team be that reception, cleaning or Mehmet the driver where all very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent transfer service to and from airport. Would recommend this hotel every time.
Just some constructive criticism I have seen the decline in the Lobby bar is not what it was. Very poorly supported with little or no entertainment ( other than a raffle). Never saw more than 10 people in there. You used to have to be down early or you didn’t get a seat. I think the inability to read the audience has put people off.guest of a certain age do not want loud ‘banging ‘ music. I suggest you review the entertainment policy band maybe do a poll of what guest want!
This does not alter my review. Still an excellent hotel with great staff. Well done Ali and team. I will be back

Amazing place
Never stopped before, not sure why, been coming to hisarönü / ölüdeniz for 18 years, defo going back. Amazing place, big shout out to all the staff, couldn't remember all, oscar gret lad, aguero is aguero, Yusuf fab iced lattes, some training is needed on the latte machine for the girls working there haha, oj got there in the end. A bigger shout out to meriç, from our first day to the last, nothing too much trouble, always smiling, helped me when my turkish language was bad, great young man you have there

Bates hotel
I just dnt know where to start, its defo not 4 star more like 2 star, we arrived in the early hrs of the 13th sept from then upto th 17th sept we had been in different rooms plus was put into the hotels owned villa for one night, with another couple who was there on there honeymoon. This was due to a leak in our room which came through the lights ect. We was asked if we could stay one night there, but water and electrics dnt mix so we declined there offer. eventually at 3am we accepted the villa for one night. Next day we was offered a free upgraded jacuzzi room that was disgusting the smell was so bad of damp when we walked in, paper coming off walls mould all over place, furniture peeling and a crack in sink, and shower area was mouldy ect. 5 days of our holiday was ruined by this hotel and the lack of maintenance within the hotel. The hotel needs a full refurbishment, to bring it back to a 4 star. Its such a shame because its in an ideal position with everything near by.
Lovely holiday room 1202
We stayed here for 2 weeks. Never had any problems with the hotel or the staff. The pool was a little bit cold but still enjoyed our swim until on the 2nd night of our holiday i had a nasty fall and ended up in hospital with a dislocated and broken elbow. Ali the manager and all the team at ocean blue were amazing. Always there asking if I needed anything. Meric , wow! What true young gentlemen he was so very helpful. Oscar and the the bar staff were all hardworking. The reception staff were all kind and attentive, despite me stealing all the sweets off the the desk.🤣 Our room Was immaculate kept clean every day thanks to fatima. Apart from being in a cast on my arm i can honestly say my husband and I enjoyed our stay. Even the hotel driver drove us back to the airport, very safely. Thanks team ocean blue.xx
Holiday
Stayed for a week in October with my friend and although the hotel was quiet due to the time we visited we had a great time. Hotel was very clean, shower very powerful, large balcony and comfortable beds. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great location for the town however our room was very peaceful We would definitely return.
