Disappointing
Nice scenery but absolutely no sign of any animation team or daily activities taking place despite still being advertised. TUI Rep a non starter no welcome meeting just doing individual sessions - told us nothing about the hotel, a la carte, private beach absolutely nothing. We arrived early hours due to flight delay no welcome drink or sandwiches. Just all round disappointing.

Montana Moments
Oh Montana what have you done , having been to Montana Pine at least 12 times various times of the year this the first time we felt disappointed with our visit.
First the positives
The staff - yes greatly reduced but all of the worked so very hard and were always pleasant. A mention for Huseyin who would light the room with his smile and the lovely man behind the bar of an afternoon don't know his name but had dark curly hair - exceptionally friendly and polite. The cleaners were amazing and the gardener was well I am lost for words as he always had a smile and worked so hard. After reading some negative reviews regarding the food well I have to disagree there was always something lovely to eat and it was plentiful
The Negatives
The room - don't get me wrong it was a lovely big spacious room with everything that you would need and a great hot powerful shower however it was very very dated. The seat under the window was sunken and the furniture was very chipped. Nothing that a good lick of paint and reupholstery could not fix but appears to have been left.
The cold- well okay I am not so stupid that I don't understand that Montana Pine cannot control the weather but they can control the heating at reception. The heaters were outside and okay if you could get a set but were limited and the smokers always sat outside so we felt we were not thought about. In the past there had been blankets given to keep the cold away but no such thing this year. The hotel felt like it really was ready to shut down . All the activity was around the reception which is fine but not for the amount of people staying.
Montana we understand that times are hard in all hotels but your cuts were so noticeable . It has pained me to write this review as I know it is very hard to manage a hotel but we have been here when it was half board and fully inclusive and have enjoyed every minute but not this time. We would come back in a heartbeat but not so sure now
ERDEM REVIEW
We had an absolutely fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, Erdem, one of the bartenders, truly made our holiday 20 times better! His great sense of humour, friendly personality and brilliant banter made every visit to the bar a pleasure. He really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
I would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering a visit. The excellent service from staff like Erdem makes all the difference, and everything else is an added bonus!
We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Erdem again. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable!
MONTANA PINE RETURN
Montana Pine Resort
Once again Ozgur at Blue Lagoon Transfers provided an excellent service from arrivals to departure. Clean, comfortable and Blinged up Mercedes making transition to Hotel lovely and peaceful. Just the start you need after a flight. Return visit, check in efficient as always and after many concerns from the up selling and warnings via e-mail requests we were actually given the room of our request, Dolphin Pool, quiet area Block 26. The location is wonderful and peaceful 90% of the time. The Rooms are looking tired with particularly the Bathrooms. Tiling and plumbing very poor and a stand in Bath with Shower. Although very dangerous the shower worked very well. For the amount of time we spent in our room this didn't really effect our stay but this Hotel is not a 4 star plus but perhaps a good 3 star. The Bed was very comfortable and Mattress provider supplied as requested. Not sure what the small TV was all about but you will need Binoculars to view and yet again a small fix. Be aware the walls are so thin and you can here absolutely every unwanted noise possible. Signs placed at Block entrance but ignored. Some guest really took offense at asking to be quiet. Well the Cockerels are as bad as ever from the Farm next door and you are woken at 5am, 6:30am and sometimes 2am. This really is not good. The cleanliness of the room was excellent.
Grounds are lovely. Dolphin Pool temperature was acceptable and the Marmara Pool freezing which I actually quite liked.
Changes I was really found disappointing compared to last year.
No effort is now made with the Sunset Bar now closed.
Only the Lobby Bar operating all day which presents a lot of problems.
Towels no longer changed when required.
Food quality not quite as good as previous years.
The Bar Staff are the Rudest most miserable I have come across accept Egar the gentleman running the Daytime Lobby Bar.
Really noticeable this year that many of the staff wanted to be on their phones most of the time at the detriment to serving guests.
The Pool Mattresses and Umbrellas are tired.
The Snack Bar is very poor quality with little edible food.
Love the Cats but compared to last year there are now far to many.
Restaurant now open at 7pm and not 06:30pm making the experience more like a stampede and Farmyard.
Forever running out of Cutlery, Cups, Food in the Restaurant.
Constantly running out of cups and Alcohol in the Bars.
Cocktail no longer served in Glasses and now Plastic Cups. Cocktails no longer made with love and just sloshed together.
Entertainment was poor compared to previous years. Squeezed into the Lobby Bar Area and not the Main Stage at the Ede Bar.
All sounds bad but we actually really enjoyed our Holiday, met some wonderful guests and would return to the Area but probably not Montana Pine.
I just hope the Management take the detrimental changes onboard and reevaluate some of the changes.

Paradise
On what a wonderful location, you must be proud of everything, location, facilities, stunning views, accommodation, extremely friendly staff, absolutely delicious food and refreshments and evening entertainment.
