Wonderful time
Had such a lovely time at this hotel despite some problems. A big thank you to pool bar particularly Ibrahim and Gizzy who were the perfect host nothing was too much for them and they treated everybody with respect and kindness. There are a few things about the hotel which could be rectified, which I did try to bring up with the manager, but he just passed me onto a member of staff and they’re just not interested. In the breakfast restaurant, there were chipped cups which I complained about, but they refused to throw away, breakfast was very limited a selection of fruit was basically watermelon. The bedroom was very nice other than very dated our curtains did not pull across the window so the light was letting in every morning we hadto clamp them together with hair clips. The wallpaper was peeling the carpet looked very tired, but other than that, it was fine..

Wonderful first time visiting this Gem of a Hotel
This is the first time visiting this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. If you want to be central to everything, this is the place to stay. Have to give a special mention to Ibo, Gizzi and their sweet daughter Adenline. Also thank you to Beth and her little boy Veli. Ibo and Gizzi run the pool bar, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are the reason I would definitely come back here. We made loads of new friends, alot of who were returning visitors. There are a few little things that should be mentioned, like the carpets should be replaced for flooring and the wall fastenings were a little loose but none of these bothered us because there were so many good things.
The hotel was full of British visitors who were absolutely lovely except for one particular family who were incredily rude and did not have the words "please" and "thank you" in their vocabulay and seemed intent on causing problems.
I am definitely going to be going returning to this hotel next year.

Just returned from our 9th visit to Hisaronu at the Han Deluxe hotel. Another amazing holiday at this hotel. The staff are fantastic, the location is the best. The rooms are clean, the maids are in every day. We didn’t eat that much but what we did was very good. The pool and pool area were clean. The pool bar was excellent which is down to husband and wife team Ibo and wife Gizzy and what a team they make. They cannot do enough for you nothing is too much trouble and they will help you with anything. They are simply the best. You will not find anyone nicer they are fantastic. Fully recommend this hotel.its like going to a hotel to meet your family 🫶🏻

Had a fantastic holiday for second year hotel is perfect can not fault staff are brilliant, rooms are cleaned every day. Pool bar staff, Ibrahim and Gizzy fantastic very kind an helpful treat you like family made how holiday extra special. You never have to wait for a drink. You can order food at the pool bar all the way till 23:00. Food is lovely they have a fantastic chef you want something thats not on the menu, he will male you something special. You are well looked after. Ibrahim and Gizzy made it a special holiday once again made the night extra special when England was playing the world cup set sparkers off when england scored made them nights to remember. Also had my birthday whilst there had a special dinner, an Ibo sorted a birthday cake out for my husband and again done sparklers. Ibo and Gizzy are so kind and helpful, hope they are still there next june when we return, they make your holiday special the way they look after you. Kelly c

Fantastic hotel to visit, room's cleaned on a daily basis, can not fault the hotel, staff are fabulous, especially pool bar staff, Ibrahim and Gizzy fantastic service they give, never have to wait to get a drink, and you can even have lunch an dinner at the bar. They give 100% service all the time. And currently world cup is playing, they made a night to remember with sparklers celebrating England. They make your holiday a memory not to forget. Also the restaurant serves nice rood, reasonable price and if you fancy something that aint on the menu ne nice and the chef will make you something you wish for. This was how second time staying at thee Han Delux hotel. And we are booking again for next year, we can not wait to go back, its like how second home, they treat you like there family.
