This classic, family-run hotel offers comfortable accommodation as well as a popular English bar and restaurant where guests can enjoy evening meals. As the hotel is located at the entrance to Hisaronu Village, guests will find several shops, bars and restaurants within close proximity and public transport is just steps away. Visitors will have easy access to the world-famous ‘Blue Lagoon' beach at Olu Deniz, just under four kilometres away. The hotel's guest rooms are well-appointed with flat-screen televisions and air-conditioning. Guests can spend sunny afternoons relaxing in a sun lounger or enjoying a book by the stylish outdoor pool and can find drinks and snacks at the poolside bar, all for a delightful holiday of sea and sun.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We arrived here on Friday 28th late hours , hotel staff are very polite and helpful , offered us food right away and drinks on the house as we arrived at 1am , we are due to go home on Friday but considering staying another week as this is one of the best hotel experience we’ve had !
The English restaurant that is part of the Han deluxe hotel is very nice and food like home , staff in the restaurant are very friendly and accommodate to your needs ! I’d stay here again 100%
Pool area is very chilled with 70’s to the early 2000’s hits and the bar staff are amazing !
Compared with all the 4- and 5-star hotels I have stayed at in Türkiye, I would say this boutique hotel should be classified as two stars at most.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were unfortunately greeted by an English lady holding a baby who told us that she was the receptionist. I explained to her, in a friendly manner, that I was disappointed because the hotel did not really look like the pictures advertised online. Her response was that if I didn’t like the hotel, I should go and stay somewhere else. I found this attitude extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming, particularly at the point of check-in.
We booked a family room consisting of two bedrooms. The rooms were a good size, although the furniture was rather dated. There were no major issues with the room itself, apart from having to climb several flights of stairs as there is no lift.
The breakfast was quite poor by Turkish standards, and there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, which I would expect even from a modest boutique hotel.
It is apparently a family-run hotel, and to be fair, the owners and staff were generally friendly. However, friendliness alone cannot compensate for the overall standard of the property and the initial experience we had.
Overall, based on my experience, I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5 stars. The online photographs give a much better impression of the property than the reality
Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff From Ibbo/Gizzy behind the bar. Through to Beth and all of the others that make the Han Deluxe a great place to stay.
Really attentive and friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful with plenty of suggestions for excursions and in-house events - I will definitely be back as I missed the BBQ this time round - as a solo traveller I opted to venture out of the hotel on most evenings sometimes down to the bottom of the strip other times to bars close by to the hotel, but it’s in an ideal location for doing either and Dolmus/Taxi’s readily available if you wish to travel a little further.
I was in one of the rooms backing onto beer n bites and pepes steakhouse if you know the area. A little noisy some evenings but that’s to be expected when it’s high season and a lot of the bars have entertainment on etc.
Great hotel great staff room spot on Booked next year already Bbq night great fun Food lovely in restaurant All in a great stay
What an amazing hotel. First time staying here, solo too, and from the moment I was dropped off I was made to feel looked after and safe.
Reception is always manned 24hrs so I felt comfortable knowing there would always be someone on hand. The staff here were always friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily with new towels every other day. A few occasions I had left valuables out but nothing was ever taken and the women cleaning were always very friendly and happy. The shower was large compared to others I’ve experienced in Turkey and the bed was also huge and really comfy. There were extra pillows and bedding provided. The aircon worked well and I found the room kept the cool so it didn’t need to be on at all times which helped prevent getting a dry throat like I usually do. The room had a TV with Netflix, YouTube etc which I wouldn’t usually look for but as a solo traveller who stayed in on occasion, this was a great bonus.
The pool was relaxed and had good accessibility with gradual steps in, as well as the usual ladder stairs. Whilst some guests did reserve beds for hours before using them, there was never any sunbed wars and I was always able to get one on the side I wished about 9am. I would like there to be some rules about towels being left as towards the end of my stay when it got busier, you could see some families struggling to acquire beds.
Hands down though the best part of the hotel is Ibbo, Gizzy and their beautiful daughter. I saw them mentioned on reviews previous and I don’t think any of us could ever put into words how amazing they are. I’ve never come across two people who work so tirelessly, go above and beyond at every step and still be so happy and cheerful to all guests! I extended my stay and Ibbo helped me sort out accommodation at the drop of a hat. Gizzy gave great recommendations and advice on shopping. They both show a genuine interest in guests and nothing is ever too much for them.
I don’t eat breakfast so I didn’t have the included breakfast but I didn’t hear of any complaints from other guests. There was plenty of options from the standard Turkish spread to omelettes and eggs made to order. I did eat by the pool on a few occasions and the food was tasty and reasonably priced.
The hotel is really conveniently located at the end of the main road, before you head into Ovacik, so is a great base for both sides with the Dolmus stops being right on the corner too.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone!
