Club Tuana - Shakey Shakey! 💃
We stayed here for two weeks and overall had a lovely holiday.
On arrival, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a family room (1221), which was lovely and spacious. It had three separate balconies, which were quite small but perfectly adequate. The only downside was the beds, which were extremely firm — a little too firm for us!
The hotel itself was very clean and beautifully maintained. Our room overlooked the duck pond, which we weren't sure about at first, but we soon got used to it and actually really enjoyed the view.
The pool area is spacious but does get very busy. We found it quite difficult to get sunbeds close to the pool, although there were always plenty available on the grass. The pier was lovely and a great place to relax, although I found the curved sunbeds uncomfortable. The mattresses were also quite flat, but we soon discovered that some were thicker than others, so we always looked out for those!
The entertainment team work incredibly hard, with plenty of activities throughout the day and evening, as well as shows at night. There really is something going on all the time if you enjoy getting involved.
We thought the food was very good, with lots of choice in the main restaurant. There was always a great selection of fresh salads, fish, meat and plenty of other dishes, with different themes throughout the week. We also tried three of the à la carte restaurants. Our favourite was definitely the Olive Tree, which has a lovely outdoor setting. We also enjoyed the Pelagos and Italian restaurants, both of which were very good. The snack bar was nice, although the food was quite repetitive — but that's probably our own fault for skipping lunch in the main restaurant! Our favourite bar was the Poisedon bar (Beach bar) go and enjoy the sunset,absolutely stunning!
Our room was cleaned really well every day, although the fridge wasn't always replenished with water, juice and coffee. There are also bottles of water available at the bars, so this wasn't a major issue.
We took the bus into Fethiye one day, which cost around €3 each, and got a taxi back for approximately £15. We would definitely recommend visiting Fethiye, as there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants to explore. We went on a Tuesday, which was market day, and really enjoyed having a look around. We also visited Çalış, which was lovely and had some great bars and shops. Don't forget to barter!
We also booked a day trip to Rhodes through the easyJet representative. It cost around £70 each and included a 7am hotel pick-up, the ferry and transport back to the hotel. We had a fantastic day and would definitely recommend the trip.
Overall, we had a fantastic two weeks and really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well looked after. There are a few small things that could be improved, but they certainly didn't take away from what was a really enjoyable holiday.

Amazing!!!
Excellent kids club and animation team. My daughter absolutely loved it and they all made such an amazing effort with her. Made our holiday!
Mixed feelings
Didn't start of well, we (3 adults, 1 child) arrived at half past midnight and were asked by the receptionist to exchange some english coins for a £20 note. He gave us £14.40 and 200tl...so scammed us out of £3. Then we were allocated rooms in completely different blocks. ( this holiday had been booked 14 months ago). Then there was nobody available to take us to our rooms, so with all our luggage spent the next 15 mins wandering in the dark looking for them. Was not at all impressed. We had to go twice next morning to sort out a room so we could be together. So then had to spend the next morning moving across. The hotel itself was beautiful, the gardens were exquisite. The 3 pools were good, although music could've been a tad quieter so we could hear each other talk! The pool bars were fabulous. The food court was utterly amazing... Very good varied choice, excellent waiting staff (especially 2 lads that memorised our order and we're very friendly). The rooms (we had deluxe) were good, had fridge and kettle but the bed was rock hard. The windows could be double glazed to block out the loud music that went on till 2am. The amphitheatre entertainment was top notch especially the Alice in Wonderland show.
Good and Bad
Overall, the hotel is in a lovely location and has beautiful views. The grounds are really nice, nice for a walk round.
We paid the upgrade to have the lagoon room and considering this is supposed to be luxurious it could definitely do with some TLC. On arrival we noticed that the bathroom door was all smashed (didn't affect use). The room was clean but wasn't a 5* room. The beds was absolutely horrendous, struggled to sleep due to how uncomfortable they was. The hotel did provide a mattress topper but it literally made no difference.
I didn't really enjoy the food at meal times, I found it repetitive and also did not taste of anything on some occasions. The food was also repetitive as we found what you had for tea one night, was lunch the next night. Service was poor on some occasions, I appreciate it's a busy restaurant but table service for drinks would be nice.
The lagoon pool was absolutely stunning to look at and I really enjoyed my time around the main pool but they was absolutely freezing to the point you couldn't even swim. My little boy enjoyed the kids pool, but again was absolutely freezing.
The Poseidon bar was by far the best place within this hotel. I absolutely loved how calm and peaceful it was and also watching the sunset from this bar was just incredible. All the bars offered good variety of drinks and I really liked that they was branded (even the soft drinks)!
If you are paying for the lagoon area, please be aware that there will be people who HAVE NOT paid for this upgrade and will be using the pools/bar in this area.
Overall, the hotel was really nice and was a good price for what you get and we all had a lovely time. However I wouldn't rush back to this hotel.
Phenomenal for a competitive price.
We stayed for 11 nights and it went incredible. The bar tender ayberek is as awesome and a truly incredible host who made us all feel welcomed at the lagoon bar. The food was excellent, their chocolate cake is devine and so is the cheesecake. Alot of meal variety too day to day, something for everyone! I took proposed here to my fiancé during this trip, the photographer Ramos caught the moment perfectly and for a competitive price too - huge shout out to him and his colleagues!! Our room in the lagoon featured an immediate access pool, very nice weather, high standards of cleanliness. Was just a great trip to unwind relax and was worth the price 1000%.
We cannot wait to stay again!
