Wonderful holiday
We have just got home from Sensatori. What a wonderful holiday. Greeted with a glass of champagne and a friendly welcome. We travelled with a disabled special needs 17 year old son and 19 year old so. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. The restaurant staff were really kind and helpful, the staff at the water sports & excursions centre put so much effort into making sure we could access activities. There were plenty of sunbeds on the beach and round the pool and accessible boardwalk on the beach. The food was fantastic - so much choice. The meal at the Asian restaurant was one of the nicest I’ve ever had. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we felt v relaxed. Everywhere you turned there was either lovely food to eat, waffle bar, Italian etc and staff in all areas worked so hard to make sure that the guests enjoyed themselves. We were very impressed.

5 star hotel and more
We are currently here for our 4th visit, and I can safely say this is the best visit yet. The caretta bar is a fantastic addition, and the refurbished buffet restaurant is spacious and elegant. We chose a different hotel last year for a change & it just didn’t compare, hence returning for 2026. The staff here cannot do enough for you. We’ve had absolutely no problems booking into the à la cartes even though it’s is now the uk school summer holidays. We have two rooms and guest relations always make sure our two bookings are merged for one table together. Today we’ve had a cabana, always number 3 our favourite and the new member of staff, cezmi, was brilliant. He was so attentive, it was my husbands birthday & he brought us cake! He is trying so hard with learning the regional variations in uk accent. Of course we have to always mention Sezare, he is not just a staff member but a friend who even though he was not allocated to serve our cabana went over and above to bring us birthday cocktails. I’m pleased to say we still have 5 days left at this amazing hotel. Never question if you should book to come here, just ask when !!!

Love this hotel - the staff are very friendly & helpful. The refurb on the main restaurant is excellent - lovely, bright & airy space & the new booking system for À la Carte restaurants seems to work a lot better meaning all guests get to experience them. Only downfall, which I mention every time, is the lack of cushions on the Sunbeds - particularly when you pay an extra premium for a swim up room .. this is the only 5 star hotel we’ve been too in a swim up room that doesn’t have cushions on the Sunbeds on the terrace! Just missing that bit of luxury which would make this hotel exceptional! Still had a fab time & would probably return

wow another amazing holiday 3 rd time for us and wont be the last food in all restaurants is very good cocktail's are top notch the whole place is spotless and well kept we spent most of our time by the adults pool and we were looked after the whole 11 days by mesut who served everyone all day long he is a very hard worker and got to know us and what we needed water and soft drinks in mornings then onto cocktails later in day 🤣 many other staff made our holiday special too including merium piano bar waitress and Hussain bar man so shout out to Mesut and the team Thank you for looking after us
