A relaxing stay
This is such a relaxing and chilled out hotel. Plenty of peace and quiet all day round. The pool is massive and such a great temperature, I loved the steps to sit on - a great touch. Breakfast was simple but superb, I liked all the homemade fruit jams particularly the pomegranate and lemon jams. The room was clean, comfortable and well airconned.
You're a short walk from Dalyan itself, for me I liked how it separated night life from day time relaxing.
Beautiful, peaceful hotel in a great location
Second year at Dalyan Live hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Location is a 10 minute walk into the heart of Dalyan with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and of course the river. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, the whole hotel and pool area was spotless. The hotel is bed and breakfast but does do meals and snacks throughout the day that are very reasonably priced as are the drinks. This year we also visited the onsite Spa and the service was amazing and the staff very knowledgeable. Staff are so friendly and always happy to help if needed. It isn’t a large hotel which means that there was no sunbed wars and it was so peaceful that you could end up napping by the side of the pool. Would definitely go back and looking at booking for September next year.

Dalyans best kept secret.
I think this was our 6th visit to this hotel, my wife and I went for a week in June. On our arrival during the early hours the night reception staff booked us in promptly and showed us to our room, superb as always. The staff are a credit to the owner ( who is a nice guy also). Breakfast is always a treat with the lady Chef always greeting you with smile and offering eggs to order. "Thankyou". Reception staff always smiling & helpful. The cleaners do a 1 st Class job :-). The grounds and pool were always clean & tidy. Some guests were a little selfish with their towels on sun loungers but sadly that happens in a lot of hotels and we cannot blame the Germans this time. We were able to keep our room for a late checkout and this was appreciated. Thanks to both Staff & Management.
A Wonderful Stay – We Can't Wait to Return!
We had an incredible stay at Dalyan Live Hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond throughout our stay.
The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were well maintained, the pool area was lovely, and it was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Dalyan.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, with plenty of choice, and everything was prepared with care. The location was also ideal—close enough to walk into town while still being peaceful and quiet.
What really made our stay special was the genuine hospitality. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it felt like a home away from home.
We had such a memorable holiday and would recommend Dalyan Live Hotel to anyone visiting the area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so special!
Great hotel!
Just back tonight from 2 weeks in this hotel, after years of staying at Asur hotel. The rooms and grounds are immaculate . Thestaff friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and beds changed every 3 days. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt jams salads cheese and bread. The egg lady was brilliant as were the cakes. Can’t wait to return next year!
