Jiva Beach Resort

We had 3 rooms booked. They were all lovely , well maintained and clean. This included a family room for a couple and 2 small toddler age children. The hotel put them up a flight of steps with no lift to the room which was rather inconvenient with a pushchair and not ideal for a family room.

Atmosphere was good and there are plentiful friendly staff - the hotel is very well staffed, and this makes a difference.

We had a lovely waiter Ahmet on an evening in the buffet, nothing was too much trouble. The Ottoman A la carte was incredible, fantastic tasting food, and 5* staff. Enjoyed the beach with the food van.

The sauna, steam room, gym and plunge pool was excellent as well as the musical acts most evenings and the 24 hour lounge/ food area. HIGHLY recommend the caramel iced latte and the hotel as a whole.

A huge credit to the silent and ever present daytime cleaning staff - both rooms, pool and beach area. They do a sterling job, the place is immaculate and there are zero ants due to this (incredible in this area of Turkey!)

We are staying at this hotel, and tomorrow we will be checking out after four nights.

From the bottom of our hearts, we can say that this is an outstanding hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, our stay exceeded all our expectations.

Now we’d like to talk about the service. The service is impeccable, both on the beach and throughout the hotel. The beach is beautifully maintained, the sunbeds are very comfortable, and the beach staff are professional, attentive, and well-trained. The entrance to the sea is pebbly, but you don’t need water shoes.

The main restaurant is excellent, with an incredible variety of food. This is our fourteenth time in Turkey, and we can honestly say that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The food is outstanding, delicious, and incredibly diverse—you simply can’t get bored because there’s always something different to try. Almost every day you’ll find new dishes. The cheeses are of excellent quality, the fruit is fresh and delicious, and everything is simply amazing.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so special. We truly appreciate all your hard work and hospitality, and we hope to come back again.

This was my second holiday at Jiva Beach Resort, came previously with my wife on July 2025. This time around it was with my well travelled children, but their first time in Caliş and Jiva Beach. The rooms provided throughout our stay were excellent, Thanks to Büşra, we had our requirements fulfilled. Some of the staff have moved on, but the new staff were very friendly and hard working. As always, the hotel is managed brilliantly and is well maintained. The food is always exceptional wherever you choose to eat. My daughters have been to many high end 5* hotels, and they said it was the best and tastiest food they have eaten in Turkiye. The chefs are doing an amazing job, Thanks to all the hard working staff that always smiling in the hot weather.

A very special thank you to our friend Büşra (the best Guest Relations) and the team. Büşra goes above and beyond and is always so helpful. During our stay, other guest we spoke to said nice things about her. A big thank you also to Dogükan, Orcun, Omer, Mucahit, Arzu and staff at the Beach bar.

Burak, at the Slide pool area, always smiling, friendly and working very hard.

Tayfun and his funny jokes, both of the waitresses called Simge working at the main restaurant and all the other staff working so hard and providing excellent services at lunch/dinner.

Deniz, Hasan, Ramadan all providing a very friendly and excellent service at the pool snack restaurant.

A few improvements that need to be made, steam room is dark, no lighting.

The hotel needs more activities like Archery, Air rifle shooting. There are plenty of water activities but need more land activities.

A great hotel, in a fantastic location. Hope to come back again soon.
