Jiva Beach Resort

4th visit to Jiva and this time we initially booked an Attic Pool/Lake View room due to the allocation issues we experienced in our October 2025 holiday. We subsequently upgraded this with Jet2 to a Standard Pool/Lake View room as Guest Relations had assured us of a Block A allocation and late check out as a gesture of goodwill as a result of all our October 2025 holiday issues.

Once again it was both our Birthdays while at Jiva where we received Balloons and cakes and decorations.

This time we were allocated Room 428, close to the beach and which looked to be a family room therefore obviously upgraded. At least we had a great view and a much more positive experience this time around.

Jiva is a fantastic resort with the amenities, food and staff all being a credit to the Hotel.

We met up with Devran again in the Acacia Restaurant who we know well from previous visits and have known since our first visit in October 2015.

Devran is an absolute credit to Jiva who is extremely hard working and cannot be more attentive in the Restaurant. Without Devran the Restaurant would not run as well as it does. You can notice a difference in service levels when Devran is not working. She is an amazing friend and we look forward to seeing her every time we return to Jiva.

Tayfun in the main restaurant - All round excellent and friendly gentleman who we also look forward to seeing next time. Another good friend.

Baran in the evening main restaurant- Young waiter in evening who is very attentive and friendly

Selcan in the morning main restaurant - Lovely girl always willing to help.

Esemen -Main Restaurant Omelette maker. Lovely girl who remembers what and how you want your omelettes in the morning.

Deniz - Main restaurant waitress who is also attentive and friendly.

Hacer - Housekeeping girl who is an absolute gem and very hard working in Block 4.

Food in the Acacia Restaurant is always excellent with a multitude of choices for starters, mains and desserts. Breakfast omelettes are also great. Food could be hotter and is the only note of concern throughout our stay this time.

We had a visit to the Roof Top Al la Carte which was also good but to be fair the food in the main Acacia Restaurant is much better.

We also pre-booked a Pavilion day which was superb with our waiter being top class. Ozzy may have left but Orcun is also very attentive and excellent.

Jiva definitely deserves a 5 star rating as our holiday this year was certainly better than October 2025. Let down by around 4 days of cloud/rain/thunder storms but you cannot blame the resort for the weather!

Due to the changes in October weather over the past couple of years we are thinking of moving to June 2027 Holiday instead and will look to get this booked again soon.

Can't wait to return again and see our Jiva friends, especially Devran and Tayfun as well as all the others.

This was our second visit to Jiva Beach but our first time just my husband and I. Once again our stay was exceptional. We were allocated a room in A block which we had requested. The room was spotless and really spacious. We spent our days at the beach and used the beach bar for drinks and a number of meals. The staff there are all exceptional but special mention must go to Mücahit and Cemhi who couldn’t do enough for us and even remembers our drink orders from our previous visit. Also a shout to Dogukan in the main restaurant, what a fabulous young man. The evening entertainment here is incredible. Our standout this time was Flashback band on the beach! Wow. We went to Paprika for our À la Carte meal and it was amazing. Highly recommend. We had already booked to return in June 2027 with my mum, but also booked for 2028 while we were there. The perfect resort with exceptional staff, top class entertainment and beautiful surroundings. What more could you want
