Lovely little find good location
Excellent location opposite the beach and within walking distance to Calis beach and strip. Flat for people to walk into the centre which is a good 10 -15 minute walk to the strip.. There are supermarkets etc round the corner A101 which is very reasonable along with a fruit stall and some other local shops. Plenty of places to eat in the area including Alia bar within the grounds of the Daphne Residence. Dolmus (Local bus )stops on the main road about 5 minute walk away where the D sign is. Hou can tap and pay on your card and costs around 70p. Staff are very friendly here and nothing was too much trouble they were always happy to help. The rooms are all on 3 floors our room was first floor and was quiet with a side sea view. The rooms are spacious with a Kitchen area with fridge and sink with plenty of cupboard space and glasses andmugs and a kettle. No cooking facilities or plates cutlery etc. Rooms are on a bed and breakfast basis. Rooms were cleaned very couple of days with a chnage of towels and bedding changed weekly. Plenty of space for hanging clothes etc could have done with a few morecoag hangers. Plenty of drawers and mirrors. Bathroom has a walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Hairdryer in bathroom. A large lounge area with table and chairs and sofa and a large TV some English channels mainly news channels .Nice large balcony with table and chairs. Laminate flooring and tiles. Gardens are large and beautifully kept the staff never stop. Two nice size swimming pools and two small baby pools. Plenty of sunloungers around the pool. Nice patio area with large parasols and seating for a couple of coffee etc. Small children area to the back of the apartments. Rooms are bed and breakfast. Breakfast is a buffet style Turkish Breakfast from 8am-10am. Help yourself coffee and tea and every variety of coffee from the coffee machine. Oats and cornflakes to help yourself to. A bowl of plain Turkish yoghurt, A variety of cheese. Bread with Jams, Marmalade, Nutella, Honey. Teo toasters to make your own toast, Turkish Salami, Cucumber tomatoes olives boiled eggs, Omlette even chips. Had butter the first morning but then wasn't any but I was happy with the Hummus and Yoghurt with mint. Some of brits not happy as no English breakfast but a nice Turkish breakfast and you are in Turkey not the uk. You can purchase one in the restaurant also available to purchase Granila bowls different egg dishes sandwiches yoasties etc. Some fruit available apples pears and oranges and some mornings lovely water melon. A really nice complex to stay and we would definitely go back to stay again. Would have liked the option of crockery and cutlery in the apartment but still on the bed and breakfast basis so you can have both. The Alia bar is with the grounds of Daphne and they do a trolleybservice with drinks during the day around the pool. A variety of snacks and and main courses available to eat in the bar. They also sell ice-cream and large bottles of water etc. You can so pay for a late check out if they are not full.

Very professional and friendly staff at the Daphny residence, rooms and pool area maintained to a high standard with a see view from all areas including the restaurant.
Peaceful paradise
Lovely apartment 2 fabulous freshwater pools quiet plenty of loungers the supermarket 10 minutes away the main promanade is a 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars coming back in september brilliant
Good value economy hotel
Daphne is a hotel we’ve returned to, having stayed previously on a self catering basis in 2025, and it still offers a lot of positives. The sea views are incredible and the rolling sound of the sea second to none, the rooms are spacious, and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and I can be an easy place to relax, and the location makes Calis itself and Fethiye simple to reach by dolmuş. Migro (supermarket) and orher shops, locals eateries and a cashpoint are a short, level walk away, and breakfast is a plentiful Turkish‑style kahvalti. Small touches like a fridge and kettle in the room are useful, and Costa coffee on site is a nice bonus.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. As it’s been a quieter season, more non‑hotel guests were using the facilities, and the poolside music was sometimes excessively loud — even after several requests to turn it down. Cleaning was inconsistent; we found a sock and some rubbish left in the room, and with rooms cleaned only every three days, missing the slot meant they didn’t return despite being asked. There were only 2 cups, 2 glasses and 1 teaspoon in our room - and the remains of a good work surface from the self catering days previously. You can take what you need from the restaurant on site which is btw excellent with a great cappuccino for 220 Lira. The sofa bed in the room was quite hard, and we needed extra bedding to make it comfortable.
Overall, though, if you’re out and about and don’t mind that the staff have a very laissez faire attitude to customer service, Daphne remains a good‑value hotel with strong positives, especially for the price.
Paradise
This was our second visit to the defne apartments ( Daphne residence ). Our room this time was room 533 attic room sea view one block along from our previous room . The rooms are now on a b&b basis (previously self catering) Our room this time was in need of an update peeling wallpaper and obvious wallpaper repairs throughout the apartment (large squares of miss matched paper) however the room was immaculate so we didn't let this bother us . This time upon arrival (around 1am ) the man just showed us the room no help with luggage ,again this didn't bother us much but less abled people might find this an issue when trying to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs .the view again was breathtaking and the bed so comfy and proper pillows we requested some bedcovers the following day as we only had a small sheet between us (good job I travel with a blanket). A few issues IE the wardrobe door falling off onto me was fixed immediately (I wasn't injured so not a problem). Now breakfast????...please can we have self catering back at this wonderful place????. I understand it's your first year but I ventured down twice in 21 days to get some fruit that was it , the breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast IE chips beans boiled egg bread cucumber and tomatoes lettuce , then sometimes grapes watermelon and the odd apple and lots of flys and wasps there was two twirly fans by the fruit but these didn't really help and no food was covered so it was all cold .and with one two slice house toaster there could be a long wait for a bit of toast (yes I understand your in turkiye so Turkish breakfast is served ) but the food being hot would of been a plus . Also the food was not replenished so ran out rather quicky (but it's their first year doing b &b so it's understandable) maybe next year it will be better or even revert back to self catering ! Whole grounds were immaculate as always and restaurant food at night was lovely I can't understand why this restaurant isn't packed as the food is delicious (breakfast take note!) also worth a mention I used the on site laundry whilst I was there (situated in the end block after reception block) the machines are free to use there are 3 machines an ironing board and an iron ...worth to note if you purchase your washing detergent don't leave it in the laundry room thinking it's safe it won't be I went back down after my wash was due to finish and my detergent had disappeared (I wouldn't mind someone using it but the whole pack had gone ) it was clear that I was mid wash as I had my launderette bag there and my detergent next to it (on top of the machine I was using ) lesson learnt . This is not the apartments fault just a warning not to presume it will be safe. On departure day our pick up wasn't until 8pm we requested a late checkout and this was chargeable and very reasonable . There is a fantastic restaurant on the beach government run which is a self service (you go up to the counter to order) food really good and very good value also the kamp restaurant on the road is really good and they both do takeaway. Do make time to have a drink at the little bar opposite with the tee pees it's a lovely atmosphere and beautiful views of the sunset with great music and light show at night and great people and a lovely fire to keep you warm on the cooler evenings .
