Won’t be returning. We went through easy jet.
No wristbands on arrival but everyone else had them, caused us issues when we tried to re enter the complex after a walk. Due to the staff not speaking English this was especially difficult. The local tour guide had to speak to the security to assure them we were staying in the hotel despite us showing our room key.
Food was cold at the buffet despite going at opening time. Also finding a seat was very difficult. On some meal occasions there were no plates! So you couldn’t actually get any food.
Staff didn’t speak much English which made communicating very difficult. Staff somewhat rude at times. Appeared to be a hotel frequented by locals and other cultures eg polish ect and staff appeared to prioritise them on a number of occasions with no others from the UK being there when we stayed. We would wait extensive times for drinks to be made despite ordering before others and they recieved theirs first.
Staff were very persistent on trying to get us to book the spa, photos and other things despite us already politely turning them down. Even at our swim up room pool they would interrupt numerous times a day.
Glasses unclean on a number of occasions alongside the plates.
Room had previous guests clothing in the wardrobe, clearly not been cleaned well.
No mention of the à la carte meal that was included in our stay at check in, we had to ask about this around half way through our stay. At this time it felt like an inconvenience to staff.
Usually not ones to complain but this hotel is absolutely not a 4 star.

Quite poor experience
Location is not relevant, but nothing special. People are polite and friendly, and food is mostly good. There we can conclude with good things.
À la carte restaurant is disappointing. Not sure who decided to offer Italian food while Turkey has a lot to offer but it is what it is.
Beach is quite small and not maintained very well. Most of the time was very dirty. So if you want to go there because of the sea - don’t.
Guys selling massages are quite aggressive. That was borderline harassment for 3 days until we decided to stop being nice. It is not very nice experience since it was very awkward in next few days.
Hotel itself is crying for renovation, and is very poorly maintained. Cleaning crew is skeleton of what should be so rooms are quite dirty. I am not sure who is manager there, but it is clearly not up to the task. It is unacceptable for 5-star hotel to have doors with handles that are falling apart, towels changed once in 7 days and sheets only on request.
Evenings are quite dull with not much to offer. I was really confused to see absolutely zero tv devices in common areas in the time when there is World Cup ongoing. And Turkey is part of it. Missed opportunity to bring up an atmosphere.
To summarize - hotel is 5-star since it kind of checks all of amenities requires to be in that category. But real feel is 3-star hotel struggling to be something more.
I would definitely not recommend it to anyone unless they massively improve. Even reduced price is not enough in my opinion.

Great holiday !
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, and everything I needed was nearby. The food was good, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. Can’t forget Ronaldo who was always there to help with everything ! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
