Well what can I say this hotel was absolutely like a morque there was no atmosphere and you dont get a laugh with the staff and also the food was shocking as they dont cater for vegetarians its seems to be same meals every second day and chips everyday of the week which are always cold with all the other foods so I advice people not to go the club shark hotel an less u like watching guest show bingo karaoke two days a week of belly dancer that sort of entertainment you get every week which wouldnt suit a lot of people so the entertainment manager will need to brighten up his ideas on entertainment that suit all ages club shark is going down hill this year and price you pay for all-inclusive you dont get fed as the food was disgusting so they would see us again which is a pity as last year everything was perfect but this year it became a shambles

Fantastic stay

Best 2 weeks
Been here for 2 weeks leaving today Had the best time..staff are the best very helpful and good fun Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily Food is bit hit n miss for me as im very fussy but did find stuff to eat .. David is one of the best staff always helping everyone and always very happy in he's work

Me and my wife loves this hotel we have been going for years and just booked again for year the staff are friendly to have a laugh with David guler is very helpful

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel! ❤️ The staff is absolutely wonderful, exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and truly welcome from the moment you arrive. Their hospitality is outstanding, and their positive energy makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff always does their best to make sure guests are happy and well taken care of. Everything was wonderful, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! I would happily come back again.❤️
