Great holiday at Kayha Aqua Resort
Just returned from a week's family holiday at this amazing place. Kids: 6, 8, 10, 11 and 14 years. X4 adults.
The hotel is stunning. Everything you need for a great holiday is at hand.
There are a variety of great slides, an amazing lazy river, multiple dining options, a spa, a disco, games area, tattoo and piercing shop, x2 shops with a great choice of products at reasonable prices...clothes and shoes cheaper than out on the street! The beach is easily accessible and has a great choice of water sports and a bar that provides both drinks and food.
The entertainment team were great, providing lots to keep everyone busy.
The staff are lovely and work so hard - nothing is too much trouble. Hamza made dining in the restaurant great fun and always made sure we got a table for 9 without us even asking. The efficient way the meals are delivered and the speed everything is cleaned away is done so well. The food was amazing, so much choice and always fresh.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Rooms were cleaned regularly and again the staff were friendly and helpful.
We did notice that as the hotel got busier towards the end of our holiday the cleanliness of the busy sun lounger areas wasn't as good as when we arrived but this was, in our opinion, due to lazy people just leaving their empties wherever they wanted instead of placing them on one of the many designated collection points. We felt for the staff as they are busy enough without having to go hunt the empties!!
We really enjoyed our week and would highly recommend Kayha Aqua Resort to anyone. Look forward to returning in the future.
