Here at present, atmosphere is very good. Hotel maybe suffers from being too big and too much to maintain. Pool area is filthy, under bridges at the pool there are bottles under it which look months old. Young lads sit on motorised cleaners doing the main paths but no one Under sunbeds no cleaning is carried out at all, floor is covered in drink spillage and cigarette butt's (hardly any ash trays and alot of people smoking around the pool). There appear to be alot of broken umbrellas that just get left when would take 2 minutes to remove to tidy the place up. The walk between the main hotel and aqua park appears to never get cleaned leaving a bad smell. Rooms are very nice no complaints there at all nice and spacious. Upgrades for pool views were offered at €50 a week per room. Breakfast- wide variety and which caters more for non English (which is fine we re not in england). Food is cold however and oddly no toasters , you have to try and use a panini maker to make some kind of toast. Dinner- we first attempted dinner at 7.30 and the place was rammed and the room full of smoke from the cooking the smell was strong. By 8.30 however it had died down but then you in a rush against the clock. 2 hours doesn't seem enough for so many people to filter through. People moaning about the waits for drinks is certainly justified. The main pool area was manned mainly by 1 and a manager chipping in while another girl took selfies and chopped lemons. The queue was relentless all day and you had to feel for the one guy manning it during the day. The pizza and kebabs at the main pool are very good. The watepark is probably the better pool if you have older kids and the bar area tends to be quiter. This is the only place for all inclusive ice creams which are just pulled at random with no signs to allow you to choose anything however the selection is good. I think overalls its a nice hotel just far to understaffed and not enough cleaning done.

Update: 4 days in. Seems to be a certain type of people who think its ok to leave plates of food everywhere including all over the floor. Place is clearly short on staff so people acting like animals is not going to help anyone.

Evening entertainment has been very good my only slight moan is maybe its on abit late for younger kids starting at 9.45pm( ish) the main events.

Food is worse ive had at a all inclusive ever. Most of the meat is processed and doesnt resemble anything like it should. None of the deserts are labelled and although brightly coloured all taste bland. Most of the food is cold as no heat lamps. Breakfast as stated no toasters which ive never seen, the eggs are cold and yokes all broken after the cook slams them like theyve murdered one of her family 😂.

Swimming pools are good, the aqua park offers a quieter environment and the added element of the slides. Just keep got to be vigilant as theres sometimes one max lifeguard to the whole pool. The food is terrible at aqua park, hard buns with stale burgers and cold chips Most days.

Food at main pool (snacks). Is chicken kebab every day, olives, sweetcorn and salami pizza, and then mainly cold burgers and chips.

A la Carte - is turkish or Italian. But a select menu limited to two meals. Italian was salmon or beef entrecoute.

Think in summary if your from the UK id avoid due to food and hygiene. Its more geared to Turkish and foreign nationals. Which is absolutely fine just doesnt suit us moaning english.
