An unforgettable holiday – the best hotel experience we've had!
I have just returned from an incredible stay at TUI BLUE Barut Andız, and from the moment my friend and I arrived until the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful – spotlessly clean, modern, relaxing and perfectly maintained. The rooms were comfortable and every area of the hotel was immaculate, and you could see how much pride everyone takes in keeping it looking its best.
What truly made this holiday so special, however, was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, friendly, professional and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel so welcome and valued throughout our stay. You hardly ever see a hotel manager in a normal run of the mill hotel but on this holiday the hotel manager Sevas was greeting all the guests on a daily basis. Special mention to Nuri in the Culinarioum and Mehmet who were both lovely and made sure we had everything we needed.
A very special thank you goes to Ismail, who was simply outstanding. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. His warmth, kindness, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made such a difference to our holiday. He always took the time to chat with us, made us feel incredibly welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It's people like Ismail who turn a wonderful holiday into a truly unforgettable one.
Before we travelled, I emailed the hotel to ask if it would be possible to have a quiet twin room. Although they explained they couldn't guarantee requests, they did everything they could to accommodate us, and we were so grateful. It really showed how much they care about their guests.
The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed, welcoming and friendly. Whether we were by the pool, enjoying meals, having a drink in the bar or simply walking around the hotel, the level of service was consistently outstanding.
This was one of those holidays where you genuinely don't want to leave. The entire experience was faultless, and it's a hotel that deserves every one of its five stars.
A huge thank you to every single member of staff for making our holiday so memorable. You all work incredibly hard, and it certainly doesn't go unnoticed. We will treasure the memories we've made at TUI BLUE Barut Andız and will definitely be returning.

Amazing staff
The staff here are outstanding. They honestly can’t do enough for their guests. Good food and the hotel is immaculate. It is a short stroll along the seafront to shops and bars if you feel like venturing further afield.
Excellent in every way.
Really can’t fault this hotel, the manager is keeping an eye on everything to make sure everyone is happy. The food is excellent and very varied with speciality themed nights as well as speciality Ala carte restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and well cleaned daily. Although this is a fairly small hotel we never felt cramped and there is plenty of seating and sun beds for all. Drinks are good and free flowing with efficient servers and always a pleasant greeting, indeed all the staff are brilliant . Our only small complaint is the hotels private beach is separated from the beach by a small public park . To sum. Child free all inclusive , Go you will not be disappointed .

Outstanding hotel with very special staff
This is our 3rd consecutive year holidaying at this wonderful hotel. Every year we wonder whether we should try somewhere new but we know it would only disappoint in comparison. From the moment you enter the lobby you get a warm welcome, a drink from the bar and the best service. This is a small hotel and as a result of this and the exceptional staff it feels very intimate and welcoming. The service cannot be beaten. Every single member of staff is smiley and can’t do enough for you. Special mentions needed for the attentive, efficient and exceptional service provided by Ismail who brings drinks to guests sat around the pool, always with a smile on his face. Nuri is the head waiter in the A La Carte restaurant and is a credit to the hotel. So welcoming, warm and friendly and provides outstanding service. He also makes us laugh every day. When it was my daughter’s birthday the table at dinner was decorated beautifully and there was a birthday cake and even a firework! The room had also been decorated with flowers and a Happy Birthday sign. George flits between helping out in the A La Carte and the sky bar- always charming, smiling and funny! Mehmet in the Italian restaurant is also a fabulous waiter who is a lovely guy with amazing language skills. Kadir on the beach works so hard all day and even had my lounger turned around for me when I returned from lunch! The housekeepers who cleaned are room were also great, always smiling and doing a great job at keeping the room clean. The hotel is spotless at all times. The food this year was even better than we remember. It’s really so much better than your typical all inclusive. Halit’s cocktails in the Lobby Bar are to die for. So beautifully presented and amazing flavours. Finally I have never seen such a present manager as Savas, always around and asking how everyone is. He has a sharp sense of humour and he had us in stitches. Thank you also to the entertainment team. We enjoyed Debbie’s daily dingbat challenge and Craig’s music bingo was a highlight. We will be back next year!

My happy place
Bit late with review not sure what to say about this great hotel that I have not said before . It gets better every year arrived in June for our4 th visit room very comfortable and clean thank you to the cleaning ladies . Food in all the reastaurants very good from breakfast to dinner not forgetting the fantastic roast on Sunday lunch time.beach was great and the man forgot his name sorry looked after us with fruit ice lollies and drinks and remembered my Americano coffee in the morning .special mention to ismail who always happy and harun at pool bar in evening while I was waiting for my wife to arrive in the evening. Mehmet the operations manager and Savas who is always around to see if all ok . Thank you to all at the andiz for a great holiday .
