Great place for holidays
Great service, very clean and nice rooms and delicius food
Workshop was really good experience
Overall it was a great experience
As brits we were in the minority
We stayed at this hotel first 2 weeks of July. We are from the UK and were so shocked at how few brits were here. For example, we went to watch the England game and were the only ones watching it!
Most families are German, and the staff mainly speak German. In the restaurant, speaking English, we struggled to order a Coke Zero!
Having said that, the hotel is lovely, the food is amazing. Entertainment really good.
We are a family of 2 adults, 2 teenagers and the room was small. I had to ask for more coat hangers. There wasn’t enough drawer space so the room for 2 weeks ended up feeling really cluttered. Our suitcases had to live on the balcony.
Themed restaurants don’t have much atmosphere. They are just in small rooms off the main dining area. Food is good however.
Coffee shop is amazing. But wished it opened before 11am! Ice cream only available at certain times as well.
The lifeguards were “on it” they would not allow ball games or inflatables in one of the pools. They even told a baby off for being too loud!!
The foam party on the Saturday was one of the highlights of our stay. It was amazing fun and we all enjoyed it.
We hired a cabana on one day (80 euros) which was lovely but the next door hotel is closed so the view was off a lot of broken sun shades and cornered off space which spoilt it a little.
We chose the hotel as we thought it would have a lot to do for our teenagers but in reality there were no other British children here for them to make friends with.
Although we had a relaxing holiday, we are unlikely to return.

Thank you for a fantastic holiday! Everything at the hotel was top-notch! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The food was delicious—the chefs are amazing! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the minibar was restocked daily. We would like to give a special thank you to Yalçın, who gave us a very friendly welcome at reception. The photographers took wonderful photos. We highly recommend this place and would happily visit again!

Exceptional Clean, relaxing hotel
Very very nice hotel with exceptional staff who are extremely friendly and warm.
Private transfer took 50 mins from the airport and we were greeted with a glass of champagne and a quick check in.
My partner has a gluten intolerance and the hotel were quick to get her an allergy card so it was quick to show staff at restaurants so they could assist.
Food is excellent and cooked to a very high standard
The hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in.
Pool areas are good with plenty loungers, the beach is fantastic.
It is not really a young person hotel. There were a lot of older guests which did make it a quieter vibe however the entertainment team do put a lot of effort in to make it a fun place to stay.
It’s not a great hotel to take kids. The kids food section is quite small and I think they’d get bored during the day if you stayed for a week.
Overall however this hotel has a lot to offer if you are after a relaxing break, with good food and some entertainment throughout the day/ night.
