The best holiday ever!
Always an amazing time in the terrace elite! This is our third time in this hotel within 11 months and already we are already looking for another 7 nights (at least) for September/october!
The highlight of the holiday as always is…. (Drumroll) ANIMATION TEAM! Max, dido, morat, Mayara, pika, djo, sarah, lily, rio, junior, sasouki, mikey and dj sam! All of the team are incredible, if you want a holiday, where you and your children will all enjoy, this is the place to come without a doubt!

Food fantastic as per usual! Rooms are spotlessly clean every day with fresh towels. Minibar always refreshed.

Return Visit - not as good as last year🙁
We returned for 10 nights after having such a fantastic time last year. Unfortunately this year just wasn't quite the same. Reception on arrival 03/07/26 were very nice. Hasan helped us to our room on 5th floor. He was friendly and polite. Room was as expected with a nice view across the local area. It was a quiet room, except for the night when next door's doorbell malfunctioned & wouldn't stop ringing at 4am. However, reception were quick to deal with this. The room was kept clean and well stocked by housekeeping. We appreciated the wine & fruit left in the room for being returning guests. That was a nice touch.
It quickly became apparent that there was far less bar/waiting staff this year. Last year staff were practically falling over each other because there was so many of them. This year it was hit n miss to be offered drinks at meal times and very little table service at the bars. Last year our glasses were never empty, staff would bring drinks and bowls of nuts to us without being asked, but this year I can probably count on one hand the amount of times that happened. The cocktail list has become smaller and only a couple of bartenders actually mixed them properly in a shaker. Most just poured the ingredients into the glass and that was it. Public toilets were also an issue this year. Despite the cleaners working tirelessly to keep them clean, particularly the pool ones, I lost count of the times I found no toilet paper or hand soap.
There were less themed nights in the main restaurant this year and they were not as elaborate. Only one night per week was there BBQ grill going on outside. Last year's seafood night had a large display of a variety of seafood at the entrance along with a giant fish hanging and being carved. This year you entered to a noodle station and roast turkey (??). There was a smaller display inside, but it wasn't as varied. This seemed to be the case on most nights. Don't get me wrong, no one should ever be able to say there's nothing to eat here, but the variety is smaller and did get slightly repetitive towards the end of our holiday.
It wasn't all bad though😊 the animation team were as brilliant as ever! Although some were new from last year the team was still as friendly, energetic & motivating. They look after each other and they look after the guests. They are an absolute credit to the hotel.
We did enjoy ourselves, but slightly disappointed with the lower level of service this year. Overall the hotel has a lovely feel to it and doesn't feel overcrowded. Staff that are there are eager to please, there just isn't as many of them to provide the expected service. So would we return?....not sure. Maybe at some point we will give it another go.

Amazing
So we have stayed here for 11 nights it has been amazing can not say anything bad about the hotel the reception staff are amazing the bar staff are amazing the food is amazing the animation are excellent in everyway possible murat max dido Mario rio mimi pika lili junior Mike dj Sam sasoki Sarah mayara this team is amazing they are fantastic at the job they have made me and my friends holiday amazing and sparkles for my birthday it has been perfect everything about it the animation team is amazing they make the hotel the best thanks to everyone for our perfect day xxxx

We stayed for 6 nights in Terrace Elite Hotel.Beautiful place and atmosphere. We got a room with wonderfull view.Very clean room,tea,cofee,and cold drinks in the room.Food was very tasty,loots of choises, all the stuff was very friendly.Thank you Sofija!She is very friendly and care about every tourist feel happy.And over we week got fruit festival ,fade night,and entertainmets was amazing.Thank you for wonderfull holiday and we will back again.
Good & family friendly, but won’t be back
The hotel is very family-friendly and has a calm atmosphere. Most guests seemed to be families with children, and there were also many Turkish/local guests, which gave the hotel a friendly feel. It is in Manavgat, so it is not really the place to come if you are looking for nightlife or a busy Antalya tourist area, but it is nice if you want somewhere quieter.
The kids’ pool was one of the best parts of the hotel. It is a good size with plenty of slides, and the small park behind the kids’ pool was also nice. The arcade/games room was good for both children and adults, and the kids’ entertainment team were lovely. The mini disco every evening was great for children. However, daytime activities for younger children are limited. The kids’ club/play area is for ages 4–12, so for toddlers under 4 there is not much to do.
The rooms are spacious, but the room hygiene was a big issue. There was a damp/musty smell in the room and the bathroom/toilet design was not ideal, as the doors have gaps, meaning water can overflow and toilet smells can travel into the room. Housekeeping was a huge disappointment. The floors were visibly dirty and did not seem to be mopped properly. It felt more like a quick sweep and bin change rather than proper cleaning. The toilet area and toilet seats were also frequently left dirty, and replacement toilet rolls were often already half-used, which did not feel hygienic at all.
Food was okay overall. It became repetitive after a few days, but the snack bar was really good, with a mix of fast food and home-style options. The late-night food was a big positive, with hot food from around 11pm and sandwiches/other options available through the night. The patisserie, however, was disappointing, with limited options and more of a quiet lobby feel than a proper resort patisserie.
Drinks were good overall, and we liked having iced coffee options available. However, not everything is included in the all-inclusive package. Things like vitamin bar juices and iced coffee at the beach are charged extra which could be made clearer.
The spa was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. We paid for a 2-hour spa package, but the whole experience was only around an hour of actual treatment time. After the hamam, we were made to wait around 20 minutes for the massage, and the session itself finished another 25-30 minutes early. No tea/refreshments served at the end. The massage itself was good, but the hamam area was not relaxing because staff were talking loudly and laughing and the massage room had no music, which felt awkward. The conversation with staff at the front at the end of the session was also awkward and made us feel very uncomfortable. Overall, it did not feel like good value for money.
Sunloungers were also difficult to get, especially in the nicer pool areas, as they were taken very early in the morning. There also did not seem to be enough lifts for the size of the hotel, so we often waited a long time to go up and down.
Guest relations was a mixed experience. Our first interaction felt abrupt and dismissive when asking about boat tours and à la carte options, but a later encounter was much better.
Another disappointing point was that this is the first hotel we have stayed at that did not offer a complimentary à la carte dining option for a 7-night stay, which we have usually had included elsewhere.
Overall, the hotel has good points: it is family-friendly, the kids’ pool is great, the entertainment team are lovely, and the snack bar and late-night food are good. However, the poor housekeeping, room hygiene, disappointing spa experience, limited toddler activities, sunlounger issues, lift waiting times and unclear all-inclusive extras made it a 3-star stay for us so unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.
