Side Resort hotel has 165 rooms, with a sleeping capacity of 620, which have been recently renovated, giving a fresh and modern feel. All rooms, cleaned immaculately daily by the excellent maids, have private balconies, extra comfortable beds, air conditioning, satellite LCD TV and music channels, direct dial telephone, a safe for hire, hair-dryer and toiletries. The spacious family rooms offer an efficiently equipped kitchenette, mini refrigerator, bathroom with a double shower and separation bedroom doors.

Hotel spotless entertainment staff great all staff friendly restaurant ver busy tho spa excellent
Great family holiday
First stay and won’t be our last. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and had a lovely 10 days. From the cleaners, to the bar staff, management to chefs, everyone was brilliant. Special shout out to Anya in kids club who was amazing with our 2 girls, they were so sad to leave her and to Koray who was great at what he does! We were lucky enough to be there for Oktoberfest- what a great day! The staff went above and beyond and everyone had a brilliant time! Never a problem to get a sun bed no matter what time of day. The rooms were great for what we needed, we stayed in the aqua part overlooking the slides, so much space and immaculately clean. Food was varied and always plenty of choice, loved the bbq every night. Cocktails are great, the kids had the mocktails and the bar staff were more than happy to make milkshakes etc. Met so many lovely people, as well as staff.

Average hotel
Arrived at 0100 and was taken to our room. Fridge was empty. There was one small bottle of water between the 2 of us. Room very small and basic but ok since it's just for sleeping and showering. It's kind of below ground level with balcony never getting any sun (if you want your bikini etc to dry it takes 2-3 days). On day 4 we went to exchange beach towels to be informed that there is €1 charge per towel for an exchange (never mentioned during check in or any hotel info). When I aske the receptionist about this practice, I was just told that this is how their hotel is. On day 4 we also got fresh towels in the room (no charge for that). Bedding has not been changed yet. Dinner time is crazy busy. Choice of food is not amazing but it's tasty. Bar staff are friendly and cocktails are very good. Gym is not quite like the photos on the website. Basic but ok. Reported some dumbbells missing from the gym. 6 hours later went to ask if they found them just to be told that it takes time. Great choice of pools and sun beds, however, water in the pools really cold. Great location for old town access and shopping.

Lovely family hotel, compact, well located
Never judge a book by its cover...there's nothing spectacular about the entrance here.
But inside a beautifully laid out hotel, endless (cold) pools and bathing areas, numerous bars and great choices in dining.
We loved this resort... very compact yet lots of options to spend your days and evenings.
Reception - Welcoming and efficient.
Staff - Very hard working, dedicated people keen to help you have a good experience.
Entertainment - it was there but hard to find out what was going on. Canvassed for water polo and turned up but it never happened. Evening offerings were under cover or in the open air. Didn't attend any, seemed to be guest led.
Food - options more than adequate as long as you don't load seven different mains on to your plate on day one. Plenty of choice and chef specials cooked while you wait. Dining is inside or out, as indeed is the Ala carte Italian night (bookable).
Bars - at least three plus one in the dining room. AI featured long list of cocktails. Beer was Efes.
Room - We were in 366 with an excellent view over two pools. Room not huge but adequate, clean and one minute from dining area. Safety deposit box was free with Jet 2.
Beach - Hotel has its own stretch complete with bar and free food availability. Shuttle bus runs frequently - takes around 4 minutes and it's also free.
There are shops (two in hotel ) and bars nearby and it is nicely situated for trips to local markets.
So no complaints, it was a great choice, a very cosmopolitan clientel mixing happily.

Lovely hotel- would reccomend
A lovely hotel, we came with family and 2 young children,
Food was great, lots of choice,
Entertainment was good, lots of variety and a friendly team,
Kids entertainment was great, the kids club had lovely staff and always happy to do games and activities with the children, along with a lovely kids disco in the evening!
