FANTASTIC TIME WITH FAMILY
We had a really fantastic time at the hotel from 21/08 to 28/08.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and there was a very good selection of food, with plenty of fish and meat options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family holiday, especially with children.
It’s not quite a 5-star holiday, but I would say it’s a strong 4+ star experience. The staff really do their best to make you feel like you’re staying in a 5-star hotel. They were extremely polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME READING THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS — just book it and see for yourself! It’s a really nice place for a family holiday, and we had a fantastic time.
A good stay with a few negatives
Hi this was a good hotel food was amazing...we arrived late night buy was given a standard room it was what we had booked. The receptionist said the room is a small room for you we will change it in the morning for a bigger room. Next morning our room was changed to a better bigger room. There was 6 of us and we were given an suite which was perfect. The pool was amazing a rather unpleasant smell in the evening around the pool area. Another downfall was the all inclusive drinks were not to our standard as a Muslim family alcohol was served at the bar the bar tenders served alcohol and soft drinks with the same hands no gloves were worn this caused contamination on the glasses as when serving alcohol they poured it all over their hands. We did mention this and said you need to wear gloves but they just said no English. They knew exactly what i was trying to say. For this reason we couldn't enjoy the all inclusive drinks and gave it a miss. Night entertainment was rubbish for the adults. Hotel itself had a lot to do an arcade room shops club lounge to chill in all that was good. Rooms were cleaned everyday but had to tip the cleaner to do a good job. The location wasn't great everything was far out. Shuttle bus was available every half hr to get to the beach. You could walk to beach aswell...drinks and food was available on the private beach. Local busses are available you just have to stand outside hotel to catch a bus. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice chilled holiday
A nice place for the family to relax and enjoy the ambiance. There’s plenty of to do if you want to get involved but if not you can chill. The staff do not hassle you.

Tomi was a great rep and the hotel is great and beer is wonderful
