Great waiter Murat!
Murat! Such a lovely gentleman! He always made sure our drinks were topped up around the pool and kept coming back to check on us throughout the day. He works incredibly hard and was always so friendly, polite and helpful. His kindness and attentiveness genuinely made our holiday that little bit more special and enjoyable. An absolute pleasure to see every day and a real credit to the hotel. He definitely deserves recognition for how hard he works

Murat from Quentine Bar, absolutely fantastic hospitality. Friendly, down to earth guy. He has all the time in the world for you, welcomes you and makes your stay 100% worth it. Would definitely recommend visiting quentine to see Murat! Will miss him.
This is NOT a 5 stars hotel.
This is NOT a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are terribly old and have not been renovated for the past 20 years (see pictures below). When we first came to the room the floors where not mopped and dirty (I add the picture of my feet after walking in the room for a few minutes) and when I asked to clean it they offered me to wear slippers instead:) The windows have not been cleaned for the past few years as well. The staff is okay but half of them does not speak english and the cleaning lady left our room doors unlocked and opened two times (!!) in one week. The food is okay and some of the common spaces are renewed but the others are still old and smelly. If you get a very good deal on this hotel I guess you can try it but it’s definitely not worth paying a lot of money.
