Family time
Perfect family holiday from start to finish. The staff are brilliant and go that extra mile to make guests feel special. Special thanks to Mellisa, Mo and Omar for excellent service. The food was devine and freshly prepared, nothing was a problem. Thank you to everyone at New Garden Luna Side Apart hotel. We have already booked again for October ! ❤️
Amazing holiday!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at New Garden Luna Site in Turkey. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and both the restaurant and bar were first class, offering great food, drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend New Garden Luna Site to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning!

Great stay
Great place.Great staff from reception,cleaners, chefs, bar . Lovely pool, lovely cats n kittens, near to local amenities, basic hotel apart for turkey with room only studios and apartments. You can hire towels if you dont want to bring them. Shuttle bus to Coppa beach club everyday free. Lovely food ,decent menu. Great drinks, Omer very talented with cocktails. All staff really friendly and work really hard. Clean and tidy. Had a great time .

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall we had a fantastic holiday.
The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and extremely well maintained. All of the staff work incredibly hard and are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
A special mention has to go to Melissa, one of the waitresses. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. She works tirelessly throughout the day, always with a smile, and goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and looked after. Her excellent customer service made a real difference to our holiday.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Unfortunately, the only disappointment was an excursion we booked through the On the Beach representative at the hotel. We paid £280 for a Green Canyon sunset trip after being told it would be around a four-hour experience, including a delicious dinner while watching the sunset.
Sadly, this was not what we received. We were picked up at 5:00 pm and were back at the hotel by approximately 7:30 pm, well before sunset, so we never got to see what we had paid for. We raised our concerns at the time. Although the boat tour guide, who met us at the Green Canyon and took us on the boat trip, was excellent and genuinely did everything he could to improve the situation, the On the Beach representative who sold us the excursion did not return to discuss our complaint. The only solution offered was to go back out on the boat for another hour after we had already disembarked, which was not a practical option.
Great holiday
Amazing staff. Thank you to Mo, Omar and Melissa, who all work so hard. Hotel rooms are clean and have all you need. Air con only in the bedroom in the family room. An extra 7 euros per day. Cocktails and food are good.
Hotel is 15 minutes from the beach. Shops & restaurants are nearby.
Would recommend this hotel based on the amazing staff😀
