Diamond De Luxe Hotel Spa

One of the best hotels in Side area. The food selection is huge, rooms very clean and large. Bathrooms also very clean. Most of the hotel guests are German, but I didn't notice that the staff favored this nation. I read the opinion of the Russians and I am surprised that they were treated this way. Maybe they are out of habit and think that they are the most important and only they should be the focus of attention? Unfortunately for Russians - this hotel treats everyone equally. We felt very comfortable in this hotel, we have no reservations about the food, animation or service. The only thing the hotel could improve was the number of sunbeds on the beach - sometimes their number was not enough. Everything else was perfect.

First of all if you are not German don't visit this hotel. Everything is relevant to German. During the accomodation we (group of 15 people with children) waiting for 6 hours meanwhile the hotel gives rooms to 40-50 new arrivals German. The staff didn't speak English or any other languages except German. The territory of the hotel is small. The rooms are big enough but no toilet accessories and the mini bar is restock only ones for 7 days. The animation if we could call it animation is look like a comedy show nothing close to animation. The food is good but no seafood except 1-2 fish on the barbecue. The cocktails are so-so depends on the bartender mood. Only good thing is the big beach BUT be prepared for sunbeds war. No available sunbeds on the small, small pool , they have only one pool , neither on the beach. The most disappointing was the attitude of the staff again everybody who wasn't German ( the tips didn't help).

1. Accommodation. Our bus arrived at 10 o'clock. We were told that check in was from 2pm. Two buses with Germans arrived after us and they were seated immediately. Since we are a big company, 16 people, we asked when they would give us rooms and why they were serving other people and they told us that the rooms would be ready at 2pm. None of the staff speak English, only Turkish and German.
2. The rooms. We were accommodated in rooms on the first floor, where the balcony is directly opposite the bar. When they start cleaning the bar at 7 o'clock it becomes impossible to sleep. They push tables, chairs, carts, etc. The rooms are located above the restaurant. At 7 in the morning it starts to smell like frying, so either the terrace must be open and listen to the staff, or closed and suffocating.
3. The staff. We were not served. Only the Germans. We had to call a waiter who was serving the surrounding tables 5 times, and he did not come. Finally we went to the bar and got drinks. They don't speak English, only German and Turkish. They started turning off the lights in the open bar at exactly 0:00 and made us leave, and they let one table that was right in front of our terrace stay until 1:30 and were served.

To end up with! I would never come to this hotel again. We are here for the third day now, there is no animation for children and adults, there is not enough entertainment, it is noisy and the staff is unfriendly.
