Lovely hotel for families with few things to consider
Very good location, lovely atmosphere. Main room was very large, but second room for kids was bit small. Our room was road facing so was very noisy from passing cars, soap dispensers did not work properly, urine smell from toilet. But those small things did not affect our stay. Overall value was very good, rooms were cleaned daily. All necesarry services provided. Library, 5 Alacarte restaurants, so many snack restaurants, healthy smoothie bar, sushi bar, food was veey good, lots of options. Very large heated pool, so many water slides. The worst thing in the hotel was entertainment team, very basic involment in activities, if no water park teens have no proper activities, no games for families. Kids club was very basic, mostly indoors in sunny weather. Night entertainment was nice. Disco every day.
Grumpy receptionist let the whole team down
We previously visited the same hotel in 2024 and returned because it is a nice family hotel with eccellent food, and the majority of the staff throughout our stay were very friendly and welcoming. However, our initial arrival experience in August 2026 was exceptionally frustrating and disappointing.
Due to a late flight, we arrived at the reception desk around 02:00 am. The male receptionist on duty was extremely grumpy and rude, literally throwing paperwork, passports, pens, and documents onto the counter as if he had just been woken up from his sleep. Unfortunateky an elderly family member stepped in and told him off for his behaviour before we had a chance to get our room keys.
As a large traveling party consisting of 5 adults, 2 elderly guests, and 6 young children under 10, we had three family rooms of the same type and booked several months in advance. We had specifically requested that our family rooms be located next to or close to each other. Despite the hotel being only half empty that week, and asking him if our rooms where next to each other which he ignored, the receptionist then we feel deliberately assigned each room as far away from one another as possible.
We didn't raise a complaint about it later because we just wanted to get on with our holiday. While the rest of the team and the dining experience were lovely, that check-in interaction let the hotel down significantly. It is a shame, but we will not return again.
Not the best but ok!
Nice hotel but nothing special wouldn’t rate it 5 stars though, we had a good sty we went with family with 5 children, but few things that bothered me rooms were abit dated sockets on the wall were loose bathroom shampoo dispenser wouldn’t work curtains came of the rail, bathroom wouldn’t lock so no privacy!! There was so much dirt and dust under the beds told the cleaners to clean a few times but they would just quickly mop and go and wouldn’t Evan clean properly, Food was more or less the same everyday some kitchen staff were very rude would give some customers fresh food but we got served wat was already been in a warmer, we wernt told wat was going on in the hotel we didn’t Evan know there was a pool which was heated!! Lack of information! It rained two days but overall we spent most days out, we wouldn’t be visiting again.

Family holiday
Hotel is nice and clean and food u have different varity to eat. Rooms are clean and are cleaned regularly. Staff in the hotel are nice and friendly and there to help.

Family holiday
Breakfast is good, snack bar at lunch time is very good always can find something to eat. Ice creams in coffe shop area very good with dipped chocolate you have to try !!! Some branded drinks available like Malibu and absolut which is good. Cocktails are not the best so stick to spirits and beet. Beach is lovely and you can get drinks at the beach and ice creams.
