Location: The hotel is approximately 650m from the sandy beach of Side. The hotel provides a free shuttle service for their guests to the other beach which is 2,2km far. Shuttle services twice in morning from the hotel twice from the beach in afternoon to hotel available. Outside these hours is no shuttle available. Side, with numerous shopping and entertainment venues is approximately 2km away and easily reachable by taxi or minibus. The distance to the airport of Antalya is approx. 60km. Building: Hotel has one main building with 61 suit family rooms and 12 standart rooms total of 73 rooms. One Main pool, one slide pool there are two pool and separate children's pool. reception, lobby, playground, wireless Internet access in the lobby (free of charge), main restaurant, TV lounge, Turkish bath, medical care, laundry, Sun beds, mattresses and umbrellas are free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
ROOM: Standard room: The Room for two people only equipped with shower/WC, hair dryer, telephone, TV, safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable) and balcony. Suit Family Room consist two connected bedrooms one of them has one double bed other room has two single beds and one sofa, equipped with shower/WC, hair dryer, telephone, TV, safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable) and balcony. -Providing Energy in room by energy saver, please insert your key into the saver box And do not left it while you go out -Please controlling while check in if there any missing failure goods and inform to reception Otherwice every damage are pricing to customers. if towel and sheets has been colored by hair dye, tattoo color or other things with an additional fee -The towel are useing only in the room not allowed to use pool side or on the beach -Beach towel are available with deposit 1 € or 1 $. Changing with an additional fee 1€ or 1$

We were a group of 14 people who spent 18 wonderful days at Çınar Family Suite Hotel – three families with children aged 10 to 17. From the moment we arrived, we could tell that this is a genuine family-run hotel where hospitality, kindness, and making guests feel welcome are top priorities.
The hotel is probably best suited for families and adults looking for a relaxing holiday. There isn't much entertainment or many activities for children at the hotel itself, but that wasn't a problem for us. The hotel is located close to the town, where you'll find plenty of activities, great restaurants, and excellent shopping opportunities. It gave us the perfect balance between relaxing by the pool and exploring the local area.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. We have rarely experienced service of such a high standard. From the housekeeping team to the waiters, chefs, and owners, everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. They all deserve five stars for their outstanding service.
The food was another highlight of our holiday. The selection wasn't huge, but everything was freshly prepared, delicious, and of excellent quality. Despite being a group of 14 people, not a single one of us experienced any stomach problems during our entire 18-day stay. That speaks volumes about the cleanliness and quality of the food.
We also loved the pool bar and the all-inclusive package. There was always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.
If you're expecting a luxury five-star resort with extravagant interiors and a huge pool, this may not be the place for you. However, if you're looking for incredible value for money, warm hospitality, delicious food, and a genuine family atmosphere, you simply can't go wrong. The reasonable price also means you'll have plenty of budget left to enjoy the many experiences, restaurants, and attractions the town has to offer.
We enjoyed every single moment of our holiday and cannot praise the hotel and its staff enough. They made us feel like part of their family, and we left with memories that will last a lifetime.

The place is terrible do not go there, I went with my 2 boys, the A/C not working properly, they were sweating, the fridge. television not working
The bathroom full of mould , inside the tiolet bowl of black Outside at the pool side, look like a construction site. There is no lift? the stairs are dirty? this hotel need to closed down and do refurbishment . Please not make the pictures them fool you, it is not the same , the place is horrible, I did have to find another hotel , I did have to move in the morning.
Avoid Cinar family suite.
Where do I start. Just came home from a family holiday with my dad, partner & 2 kids 19 & 15. Food was really bad .. the same every second day, it doesn’t cater for British in the slightest, not even a toaster! The staff do not speak English except one guy at reception. Breakfast was was pancakes, next day was omelettes, following day was boiled eggs that was the rotation never anything different no choice! Lunch & dinner was on a two day rotation every second day was the same disgusting food. One choice of fruit the whole time, watermelon, one choice of desert. During our 7 day all inclusive we were offered chips once! No pizza, chicken nuggets, sausages, toast, noodles, pasta or basic food. It was liver, salad, fish or chicken legs. Spent a fortune across the road in a restaurant for food! The snack bar was at 4pm daily only option is bit of dry cake as shown, that’s all! Alcohol was a joke! All inclusive was cheap beer, hot wine from a 5 ltr bottle sitting in the sunshine, watered down vodka or gin everything else had to be paid for for €5 . No free WiFi even in public areas of the hotel, WiFi costs £12 per person to use WiFi in any part of the hotel. Hotel needs a revamp so old and outdated, mould everywhere, they only clean and change your towels once a week! Need to ask reception for toilet rolls! No entertainment at night or around the pools. During our 7 days there was one night entertainment which was adult musical chairs, which lasted 30 mins if even, hotel closes at 10pm! The worse all inclusive I have ever been to. Avoid Cinar family suite hotel, the reviews you read are true this is an honest review.

Resturant for our all inclusive breakfast we were shocked at what little choice we had ,boiled eggs,chips,pancakes,and salad .there was bread but no marg/butter I tried to ask for some but they thought I was asking for a knife . Pool area was ok lots of spare sunbeds but pool was freezing and partly shaded by an overhead building ,there was another pool with a couple of slides,hoping we would be able to get snacks at the pool bar but there wasn't any .Alcohol drinks were limited no whiskey or brandy or cocktails unless you paid for them ,the beer was ok but wine was like vinegar small measures of vodka and gin are given .Dinner was one meat dish one of (which was liver one day) chips,mash .chick nuggets smothered in Tom sauce,salad every breakfast,lunch and tea, meals luke warm or cold . Lots of Russions,Germans,that seemed to love the food. No entertainment what so ever in day or night ,good thing there were bars and restaurants right outside to go to but that made our stay more expensive. Staff were not friendly except the man who owned the spa there .maids cleaned rooms every day ,boat trip was good ,Side beach is lovely .This is a very honest review .
