Hotel in great location, free shuttle service to the beach with free sunbeds, staff very accommodating and always happy to help, especially Alex who can’t do enough for you to ensure you have the best experience
I will give this hotel 7/10. 3 points deducted for 1 no lift to our room we had to walk up & down 6 flights of stairs daily & with little legs (4 & 7 year olds) it was tiring at times. Getting our luggage up & down was not fun! A second point deducted for the poolside toilets they were not cleaned regular & smelled really bad & the floor was always slippery. A third point deducted for no where really to sit during the day out of the sun, lobby quite small & there was only limited seating. Overall it’s a good value for money 3 star hotel, friendly staff, tasty food & good kids entertainment with a disco each night plus a kids club. Our room was clean & well air conditioned. I would stay again but would make sure I get a ground or first floor room!
Terrible budget hotel. Staff are rude and try and bully guests writing a good review. Well im not going to lie. Id never ever come back to this hotel food is crap unless you love salad. Drinks on all inclusive are 1 beer 1 of each wines which are nasty and vodka gin and few cocktails and sprite and Pepsi which are not branded ones honestly ended up eating out every night . Best part of this hotel run free bus to beach. Honestly never seen a hotel like this kids club have to pay 10€ for a week and shop in hotel charge what they like. Rooms are ok beds are ok but pools are dangerous especially water slides no lifeguard . By 10.30 no alcohol or drinks are served and music goes off back to your rooms or go out but nothing much about . Overall 10 nights stay I was glad to leave and definitely won't be returning. Budget hotel is definitely what it is
Very family oriented hotel staff are amazing with the children always go out there way to support my autistic child
I understand this is a basic budget hotel, so wasn't expecting luxury. Firstly I want to give credit to the young man behind reception every night, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and pretty clean. The food was awful and the drinks even worse, the soft drinks were bad and the alcoholic drinks were really bad with very limited options. The pool area's and toilets were really dirty, so if you want the toilet be prepared to climb the stairs up into your room. The entertainment through the day consisted of a game of darts at 4pm. The staff were miserable and just looked really scruffy, giving staff members a clean uniform to wear would help with this. I understand the staff work very long hours but a smile doesn't take much effort. I've visited many hotels in Turkey 🇹🇷 and basic hotels in Europe but this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. Give the place a deep clean, provide staff with clean uniform, really improve the food and drinks and you have a half decent hotel because the location is quite good.
