Animation team are great, they work hard! Very friendly and fun. My daughter loves the kids club, lots of things to do and clean.
Worst hotel I have ever been to. They gave a mouldy room which stunk of damp and a flimsy baby cot which was replaced with a ripped cot that I had to see myself so my toddler doesn’t fall out of it. The fridge had some sort of forgotten wrapper or even food all iced up on the back which indicates that it had never been cleaned. They put us in a different room which was a bit better and gave us another baby cot the second day after we kicked off. Myself and my partner were ill with diarrhoea for 3 days to the point that we had to stay a full day in the room. Dirty plates and food on the buffet that clearly had been out before as I saw cheese bitten into! No wonder we got ill. It is not 5*. It would be a 3*
Looks nice at first… then you get to the room, dirty, dated and bathroom was flooded with water and stank.. let it go I’m on holiday!
First night in the bar witnessed piles of sick on the floor and they were then just “wiped” up and not disinfected. Not much for the kids to do (maybe because it was Sunday) but still they were very bored.
The food is absolutely grim; my kids wouldn’t eat anything had to go buy them a McDonald’s and I struggled to find anything that didn’t look like it had been cooked on a radiator.
Now.. on my second day saw more sick in the pool toilets, and I was starting to get worried. That afternoon I started feeling unwell, by 2pm projectile vomiting and basically peeing out of my behind - for several hours, since then I haven’t left my room. Well only down to see the hotel dr who told me I needed a drip, told me he wouldn’t accept my insurance and would need to pay.
So now I’m stuck in my room can’t keep water or anything inside me and feeling worse by the hour, hotel couldn’t care less- other guests are sick and they won’t take accountability.
My holiday is ruined never will I come here again and advise others to avoid this place it’s not 5 star 2 at best and that’s only because it looks nice when you walk in
At first glance the hotel looks nice then your start to notice everything filth everywhere Day 2 of our hoilday we noticed sick piles on the floor in the lobby bar ,the pool toilets had sick on the floor in the sink and all over the toilet the same around most of the hotel Me and my wife and kids ended up been very ill vomiting and diarrhea to the point we couldn't get out of bed the worst hoilday we have every been on The food is terrible and the hotel is filthy avoid at all costs
We have just returned from this hotel having already stayed here twice previously, and were disappointed to find that the hotel had declined and sadly won’t be returning. The hotel claimed to have a refurb end of 2025. The only change I could see was the new games room, the rooms were in desperate need of repair, foul smells from bathroom drains , lamps hanging off walls, thin uncomfortable sheets to sleep with when the rooms were freezing so found myself sleeping in the dressing gown having already asked for extra covers. It seems like the hotel is trying to cut costs, the once all inclusive coffee shop at the front of the hotel is now extra, reduced opening hours for the snack bar, reduced selection on local drinks just to name a few. We also experienced a lot of hotel guests getting ill ,locals told us the hospitals were full this was apparently due to the amount of rain, the sewers couldn’t cope and were leaking raw sewage into the sea and guests getting ill. Despite this being known the hotels cleaning was not increased to prevent the spread amongst other guests until several complaints from guests had been made. There were also several children who’s parents let them run riot on the slides without having any thought for other guests. The lifeguards weren’t listened to and security and management ended up being called on several occasions to deal with the escalating situations. Very few of the staff spoke English, there were definitely more German and Dutch families.
