We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
A very special thank you to the animator, Dana! She is absolutely wonderful and truly knows how to do her job. She is kind, energetic, welcoming, and always makes sure everyone is having a great time. Thanks to her, every day was full of fun activities, laughter, and positive energy. She made our holiday even more enjoyable and unforgettable.
Thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic vacation. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
my objective opinion
First of all, the hotel is 10 km from Side, and you can see the ancient city of Side directly with just one minibus ride, which I think is a huge advantage. It's an opportunity not to be missed for people like us who don't want to stay glued to sunbeds and want to explore the surroundings. As for the hotel, we loved its architecture it has a technological look, and the lights that come on at night add a very nice touch. However, the interior is a little worn, which is normal for a hotel that has been around for years. When we first entered the hotel, the lobby was a little crowded, but the staff were friendly it didnt make you feel like you were in an airport. I can't say the room cleaning was super or terrible. I think it was normal. At first, it seemed detailed, but after mentioning it to customer relations, they even decorated my room and showed more care, which I think is how it should be. As for the food, breakfast and lunch were standard; I didn't have high expectations in that regard, but dinner was very good. An important attitude that needs to change is the staff's approach. Customer relations were extremely solution-oriented; I must mention Ruzgar and the ladies with him, Sevum and Elana, and in the evening, Koubra and Emre. Regarding the reception, I would like to extend my thanks to the manager Bahtiyar, as well as to Kaan and Ismail.

Very nice hotel , we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We would definitely come back!
