Stayed here for 1 week in June with our 10 year old grandson and I don't think we could have chosen a better place that suited everyone's needs.

The place is spotless and the staff throughout the hotel are so pleasant and happy to everyone. The lady on the egg station in the morning will wake you up with her joyous greeting.

The food everywhere was of a decent standard for all inclusives and the buffet is one of the best for food and layout.

The pools are very child friendly, our grandson started the holiday not being able to swim and by the end of it he was away doing it.

I recommend doing the a la carte restaurants they are really good especially the Mediterranean one. If you have children in the a la carte they have a special child's menu or they will cook something else for them.

All the drinks are top notch brands and the staff even remember your drink after a day or so.

All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

The only real problem I had was the Easyjet rep which is still being investigated but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Just returned home after a last minute holiday and once again our expectations were not just met but overly exceeded. Every single day spent here was an opportunity to enjoy this magnificent by the sea Resort with its unique gardens, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, clean rooms with stunning views, a place where you just need to sit back and enjoy their amazing drinks which are to die for and the absolutely delicious food. From the first minute of our arrival we have been met with smiles, respect, professionalism and overall just a lovely atmosphere. I am taking this opportunity to thank Mr Emre Erdem RDM for his hospitality for his kind and warm welcoming and for the beautiful accommodation and for being such a lovely guest. We cannot thank enough to Mr Bekir Pehlivan FBR a real true gentleman a great leader and a true perfectionist for going over and beyond to making sure that our experience, once again left a beautiful lasting impression, and an everlasting memory, thank you for that. As well a big thank you to Ibrahim and Bairam from the front desk for being so friendly, diligent and accommodating. A massive thank you to Hassan Őz from Akasya À la Carte Restaurant for his kind and professional service and for making sure that my Birthday dinner was one to remember a lifetime. Thank you to Serkan Kan who now became our friend, for his genuine kind personality and for making sure our evenings were so memorable and as well for the lovely musical surprise for my birthday, I will always remember that! A big thank you to all the Pool Bar staff, Mustafa Dali, Omer, Ali Kemal, Umut, Furkan and as well to Haci! These guys made our days at the pools more special, all of them deserve a massive Thank You and all our appreciation. Thank you to Arif for the lovely evening at Petunya Turkish À la Carte restaurant, for the wonderful hospitality lovely food and beautiful set up! And last but not least Tank you to Mustafa for his hospitality, amazing way to make everyone feel so welcome and happy and special! Thank you to everybody mentioned above, you all now have a special place in our hearts! This hotel is perfect in every way and cannot recommend enough!

Just returned from a fantastic week at Arum Barut Collection. We stayed in a family delux suite and really appreciated the separate room and individual beds(not sofa bed) for the 13 and 16 yr olds. Room was immaculate and restocked minibar everyday. Pool was great, and found our perfect spot, some parts are busier than others and we preferred a quieter area and got just what we wanted. Food was amazing throughout and we did the à la carte Akasya on the last night and well worth it. Staff are amazing and special mention has to go to Cagla on guest relations who goes above and beyond as a matter of course. Our favourite part of the holiday was being greeted by our waiter Mehmet each evening who was such a lovely and friendly person and an absolute credit to the hotel. The location was great with a walkway along the beach front from the hotel into Side. Entertainment was just the right time and the hotel felt 5 star from top to bottom. Gym was very well equipped and clean able to do proper weights as well as machines and cardio . We would definitely book again!!!!
