I can highly recommend the hotel – 10 out of 10! 👌 I was thrilled; the hotel, services, food, and staff – everything was top-notch. ❤️ I will definitely be back...
Lovely hotel
Just returned from this lovely hotel. Shout out to the maintenance team who fixed a flood in my bathroom at 3 in the morning!!! The staff go above and beyond They are wonderful. That is apart from the 2 on skates around the pool. They think they are Gods!!! They are not they are waiters who can be rude and picky who they serve Bibi and Ylais are great wth kids the others are more adult motivated The only real complaint was the music around pool. There were all ages around the pool but the vile language in some of these songs should not be played around a pool with little ones I would recommend this place

Great family hotel. Very clean. Food good. Animation team are brilliant. Lots o fun activities Zeus is a superstar!
Beautiful hotel, let down by the à la carte restaurant booking
A very beautiful hotel with attentive staff and impeccable cleanliness. The food was good, the drinks were of real quality, and the facilities matched our expectations. We had a great time for almost the entire stay. The only downside, and the reason I'm not giving 5 stars, was the person in charge of the à la carte restaurant reservations. Every time we went, we were told it wasn't possible for the next day or that all the spots were taken. Then we'd be told a reservation would be made for the following day, but when we returned we were again told it was fully booked and couldn't be done across multiple days. Even though we went right at opening time, at 10 o'clock, the person often wasn't even there. It became clear they simply didn't want us to get into the à la carte restaurant, which was disappointing for an otherwise excellent hotel.

Miniclub was amazing and very friendly! Everything was super and we enjoyed our week very much! Thank you ❤️ especially for many many face paintings 🌸❤️
