Fantastic hotel & staff
We had an amazing time at this hotel yet again. Our 2nd year going. We went as a family of 4 but as a group of 20 all in. Nothing is a problem for this hotel, any problems were sorted promptly. Restaurant food was great, you would be hard pushed to find something you didnt like. In the restaurant thank you to Kamile for looking after us and always making sure our table was clean and tidy and getting our lunchtime drinks 😘 always smiling 🙂 Special mention to Kadir the barman who remembered us from last year & made our holiday very special. He is an asset to this hotel. & went above & beyond to make our holiday special 🥰 Entertainment team , especially Onur was brilliant. Great personality & made everyone smile & laugh. These 3 people are an asset to your hotel & one of the reasons we will be booking to come back next year.

Best holiday i have had. Thankyou
From the moment we arrived late. We was greeted and shown to our rooms which are spacious and extremely clean. Everything you want and need. The restaurant has amazing food and such a varried choice. STAFF......Osman ,Yunus, Velat are absolutely the best i have ever met. Supurb customer service.....always helping and have made my holiday so enjoyable. I will be back next year to see this team. X
The best holiday we have ever been on
We have been to this hotel for the 3rd year and we are already planning our 4th. We cannot fault this hotel in any way. The rooms are clean and well equipped, plenty of space. All the staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you, they made us feel so welcome and are always working so hard to make us feel at home. We always had a special table reserved at meal times and were treated like royalty, OSMAN, YUNUS AND VELAT were always happy, friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us and it means so much to us. We absolutely love this hotel and couldn’t imagine our holiday anywhere else. OSMAN and his team are a real asset to this hotel and deserve the recognition they get, they are amazing friendly people and love our time here even more because of them.
Terrible hotel
Dirty rooms, dirty pools The restaurant was like a circus every day no matter what time , people pushing and shoving walking in to you.
Food was disgusting , the Facebook group only allow good reviews and no negative comments accepted.
Don’t be fooled by the reviews like we was wasted £5000 for a holiday to basically butlins on steroids.
