It was very nice. The animators were the best. Cool games and shows. But the rooms were a bit old or “tired” . And also not cleaned well. But its okay because everythinv else was nice. Location was also good the beach was close and there was big bazaar close.
Me and my friend love it this hotel because ever day have a shows and its soooo funny animation team perfect this hotel have a amazing pool and sea thanks for all
We come from litvania and my family like here so much we play every day dart game and here activities so good pool and sea perfect
Apartment was dirty, shower filthy, the food was tasteless, water slides did not work for half of the week, staff was cranky and we have been scammed by the on-site doctor's clinic. They send us to a private clinic after one of our kids (6y old) was scratched by a cat. They put het trough many tests and gave her an IV drip before sending us to the real hospital for the actual rabies shot. They charged us 1280,- Euro.
The nurse says its hotel policy and they have an agreement with the clinic. The hotel managers say its a rented office by the clinic on premise so they are not responsible.
The managers tried to buy us off with a late checkout and we did not have to pay for the wifi (The whole wifi per phone in itself is a scam).
Definitely would not recommend
The hotel is one of the cheaper options you can choose from, so take the review with a grain of salt. Right off the bat, the stay was pleasant, very enjoyable. One small detail just doesn’t seem right: the Wi-Fi is paid. We paid 26€ for 7 days (two people). Most of the staff were very nice, although there are some bad apples in every place. One of the staff in the Spa (where you HAVE to go every time you need towels for the pools/beach) is always trying to sell you a massage/spa/hamam. No matter what you do, he does not bugger off. Everything else was good, the rooms are cleaned and tidied up every morning, the food was good, although not that many choices for the dishes. The desserts (at least in my opinion) were the best part of lunch and dinner. The staff in the eating area is always there to help, and to take your dirty dishes away. The bars all over the hotel are filled with very nice bartenders, always happy and cheerful. On the other hand, one thing does not sit right with me. On the last day of our stay I was made a cocktail that has milk in its recipe. The milk was bad; I had to dump it all into the drain (seen in the picture). Near the hotel there is a “bazaar” where you can buy anything and everything, of course, for a tourist’s price. The beach is calm, pretty clean. The pools are extremely clean. We also rented the little gazebo that has a private pool where no one else can enter. It costs 40€ for a day and in my opinion, it’s very worth it. So, in conclusion, for the price, this hotel is worth it, either with your family, your partner, or just a nice getaway for one.
