This hotel enjoys a peaceful location in a pine forest. The hotel's sand/pebble beach is located right by the hotel, between 2 bays. The centre of Alanya is easily reached with a shuttle bus for an added fee, around 30 km away.
This comfortable hotel includes 300 rooms spread between the main building and 7 bungalows. The main building offers guests a lobby area with a reception, a lift as well as a lobby bar with various seating areas. In addition, guests are also offered a small supermarket, a hairdressers, a number of shops and boutiques, a TV lounge, a games room, a nightclub, a bar, an Internet café and 4 restaurants, three of which are à la carte service. For younger visitors aged from 4 to 12 years, there is a miniclub, kids pool and a playground. Guests may additionally make use of the laundry services.
Further furnishings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a hire safe and centrally regulated air conditioning /heating.
In the large garden area guests will find 2 swimming pools, a separate children's pool, a poolside snack bar and various water slides. Guests may also enjoy the sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers laid out ready for use. In addition, there is a small indoor pool when the weather is bad. On payment of an additional fee, guests are invited to unwind in the sauna area with Turkish steam room and massage service. Sports options include tennis (2 hard courts), table tennis, beach volleyball, darts, bocce. Archery is also a possibility here as well as the opportunity to join the entertainment programmes, including aerobics classes. On the beach there are private third-party providers offering a variety of water sports, such as jet skiing, diving, sailing or banana boating, for an added fee.

Unbearable Heat and No Air Conditioning
There is no air conditioning in the restaurant during lunch or dinner, and the outdoor area is also extremely uncomfortable, with no proper ventilation and unbearable heat. Guests are forced to eat in temperatures of around 40°C, while the hotel appears to be saving electricity at their expense. This is unacceptable and completely ruins both the stay and the dining experience.

WIFI
I cama with my son 13 to 19 /08 .I'm disapointed because I had to pay Wifi. Im very unhappy because I checked my contract for my stay which i paid a lot with my son and I saw that Wifi was incuded.I shoudn't have to pay for it.This surprised me because in all the clubs I've stayed in Turkey it was included just like in France. It would be only fair I receive a refund. Best regards
Not worth the money
Our stay at Justiniano left us with very mixed impressions.
From the very beginning, we had an unpleasant experience: when we arrived, there was an overbooking issue, and instead of the room we had booked, we were accommodated in an older building. To make matters worse, the room we were initially given did not even have a proper third bed. Instead, an uncomfortable folding bed was added. For a hotel of this level, this is simply unacceptable. Our room was changed only the following day, meaning we had to spend the first night in completely unsuitable conditions.
The only compensation offered was free Wi-Fi, which unfortunately worked terribly. In some areas, the connection kept dropping or disappeared completely. The older building and the rooms also felt quite worn out and in need of renovation.
Another thing worth mentioning is that there were a lot of Russians at the hotel. Unfortunately, the behaviour of some of them was quite unpleasant. At the same time, it felt as though the entire hotel was mainly focused on Russian tourists.
The food was rather repetitive. There were small changes from day to day, but overall, the main selection remained almost the same.
One thing we can genuinely praise is the entertainment team. They were energetic, the activities were enjoyable, and they created a good atmosphere.
Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth the money. Apart from the entertainment team, there was very little that impressed us. Considering the overbooking, being placed in an old building, the lack of a proper third bed, having to sleep on a folding bed, the condition of the rooms, and the terrible Wi-Fi, we expected much more from both the hotel and our holiday.
