Opened in 2009, the exclusive hotel Mardan Palace sets the tone for top-class luxury accommodation on the Turkish Riviera. It is located on a private beach in the renowned destination of Lara, just a short drive away from the centre of Antalya and the international airport. Playground of the rich, famous and powerful, the hotel boasts an impressive architecture and interior design in the style of an ancient palace, conjuring up the opulence of days past. The elegant rooms have views over the Taurus Mountains, the Da Vinci Bridge spanning the spectacularly landscaped, largest pool of the Mediterranean or partial sea views and are equipped with Hermès toiletries. For added convenience, features of the hotel include a 24-hour butler service, an eclectic selection of gourmet restaurants and bars, unrivalled spa and sports facilities as well as unparalleled service. Simply the perfect place for guests demanding nothing less than ultimate luxury.
I would not give this hotel a 5* as it has lost his touch to when it used to be Titanic Mardan Palace. The room we stayed in wasn't the great shower tap was broken and not topped up with the shower gel and the rest, mini fridge wasn't topped up daily , cleaners come but just do the bed and change towels but never cleaned up. The bistro bar was like if it's running by force Pizzas was served after 11pm staff take their time to bring thing restaurant wasn't great either no Theme nights too many repetitive and not taken care of any allergies. Pool side was very poor when you ordered a drink it comes like after an hour or never comes tiles are broken
We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Of course, there were some downsides—the biggest being the sheer size of the property; you could practically lose weight just walking from one place to another. However, you can easily gain it back with the magnificent dishes served at dinner—the flavors are truly amazing. The tower-like structure in the middle of the pool looks spectacular; it is identical to the one in Istanbul and truly impressive. The poolside service on roller skates was also brilliantly conceived. Celil, who made the final days of our holiday even better, was fun and efficient; we were really impressed by the drinks he prepared. You certainly won't go hungry at this hotel; we loved the food. We had no trouble finding alternative dining options throughout the day. All in all, I would definitely recommend it.
It’s been a lovely time, we have been upgraded from a swim up room to a lake villa and it was incredible! We have been assigned a guest service assistant and we had all the information to the tip of out fingers. From scheduling kids activities to booking restaurants reservations, informing us about programs and special events they helped with everything! Special thank you to our assistant Melisa and Yagit. Lovely stay we will be back soon
We’re currently just over halfway through our two-week holiday at Mardan Palace, and I wanted to leave a review while we’re still here because we’ve had such a great experience.
When we first arrived, we weren’t completely happy with the room we’d been given. The following day we spoke to reception, and they were brilliant. They took the time to show us a few different room options and helped us arrange a paid upgrade. They even gave us a small discount, and it ended up being cheaper than the price our travel company had quoted us. They could easily have just said no, but instead they genuinely wanted to help, and it completely changed the start of our holiday.
The hotel itself is stunning. Everywhere is spotless, the grounds are beautifully kept, and there’s always someone working hard to make sure everything looks its best.
The food has been excellent from day one. There’s so much choice, the quality is consistently good, and we’ve enjoyed every meal so far.
The bar staff also deserve a special mention. They work incredibly hard all day, yet they’re always friendly, smiling and happy to help. It’s easy to take that for granted, but they really do make a difference.
The biggest thank you has to go to everyone at the Kids Club. Our son has been there every single day and absolutely loves it. Every morning he’s excited to go back, and every evening he comes back telling us about everything he’s done. The activities are brilliant, but it’s the staff that make it so special. They have so much energy, they’re fantastic with the children, and you can tell they genuinely care. Knowing he’s having such a good time has allowed us to properly relax and enjoy our holiday too.
What stands out most about Mardan Palace isn’t just the beautiful hotel or the amazing food, it’s the people. Every member of staff we’ve come across has been friendly, welcoming and always willing to help.
We’ve still got just over a week left of our holiday, which says everything really, because we’re already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone for making this such a memorable family holiday.
Booked this trip within 24hrs for an impromptu getaway. We've stayed at the Regnum a number of times which is a league of its own compared to the Mardan Palace. I would describe it as fur coat and no knickers. Lacking in so many ways. Rude reception staff, food really not great at all, drinks not great and restaurants all extra charge. All very outdated and in desperate need of a revamp.
