Titanic Deluxe Lara

Just back from a weeks stay at this hotel.

Location - was a short journey from the airport which was a bonus after a flight and travelling with 2 young kids. Shops were close by with a short walk.

Rooms - cleanliness of the rooms were spot on, only issues we had on 2 occasions the towels were taken away and replaced but were only given 3. We are a family of 4. We reported this to reception and more were brought up. The room was spacious for us, there was 2 small double beds pushed together and a sofa bed. Which worked for us.

Pools - great range of different pools to go to, and the splash park was amazing. My kids loved it, even the adults😂

Entertainment - the best hotel we have been to for Entertainment, it was absolutely brilliant.

Food & drinks - we ate in the buffet mostly, was a great choice of foods, however did become a bit repetitive, but thats usual for all inclusive. Never went hungry. The kids club had there own kids restaurant which I thought was great, most days my kids ate here. We tried the Italian a few times, this was a nice change and they did good pizza here. Cocktails were great, big choice to choose from. Branded drinks which were good, bottles of miller and carona in the lounge bar. The waiter service, we also found really good, they arrived on rollerskates with drinks at the pool and always came round to ask if we wanted more when glasses empty.

Sunbeds - we made a mistake on the first day we arrived at the pool after a late arrival the night before around 10am and could not find a sunbed anywhere. Clearly states not to reserve sunbeds or towels will be lifted but this doesnt happen. After speaking to another family, they told us that we need to be down at the pool early to get sunbeds, the last thing you want to do whilst on holiday, however myself and my husband took it in turns to get up at 0630 to go down and sit at the pool to get sunbeds. Even going that early alot of sunbeds were already taken. And not a person in site. Its like sunbed wars!

Lifts - the lifts are a disaster, so busy and are always full. So having to queue to get to your floor/deck sometimes up to 15 minutes. Then we experienced rude families who just pushed infront of the queue and got in the lift. Using the stairs was not an option for us with having young children.

Overall we all had a great holiday!

We’re currently enjoying our stay at Titanic Deluxe Lara and wanted to share our experience so far.

The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, the food is excellent with plenty of choice, and the staff are all friendly, welcoming and hardworking. There is so much to do for families, and the children have absolutely loved every minute of it.

The only issue we experienced at the beginning of our stay was the availability of sun loungers around the pool. It was quite difficult to find somewhere for our family to relax together during the busier times of the day.

HOWEVER, after raising our feedback, the hotel management I believe Yasmin from guest relations contacted us very quickly and dealt with our concerns professionally and efficiently. We were genuinely impressed by how seriously they took our comments and how committed they were to ensuring we enjoyed the rest of our holiday.

For us, great customer service isn’t about never having a problem—it’s about how that problem is handled. The way the management responded has been exceptional, and it really shows that they value their guests and are willing to listen and take action.

We would happily recommend Titanic Deluxe Lara to other families and are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay.
