I'll be honest. I'm one of those people who notices things. The air con sounds slightly different? I've noticed. A sunbed is 3 degrees off centre? I've noticed. A chip in a tile hidden behind a plant on the opposite side of the resort? Somehow, I've noticed. So when we arrived at Saturn Palace, there were a few little things that weren't perfect. Nothing major, just the sort of trivial issues that people like me mentally catalogue whilst pretending to be relaxed on holiday. But here's why this still gets 5 stars. The staff. I've stayed in plenty of hotels where staff do their job. At Saturn Palace the staff seemed determined to make sure you had a great holiday, whether you liked it or not. Every time there was a question, a request or a minor issue, someone appeared with a smile and a genuine desire to help. Not the forced "corporate hospitality" smile either. The real kind. The kind that makes you feel like they're actually pleased you're there. By the middle of the holiday I realised something important: whilst facilities matter, people matter more. I can barely remember the minor issues now. What I remember is the waiter who remembered our drinks order, the staff who always stopped to say hello, and the general feeling that everyone was working incredibly hard to make guests happy. The food was plentiful enough that I returned home requiring a slightly different relationship with my bathroom scales. The pools were excellent. The grounds were well kept. The atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly without feeling chaotic. Most importantly, my wife had a fantastic time, which meant I had a fantastic time. Married men will understand that this is the single most important performance metric of any holiday. By the end of the stay I'd gone from quietly assessing the hotel to enthusiastically defending it to anyone who would listen. So if you're looking for absolute perfection, good luck. Let me know when you find it. If you're looking for a hotel where the staff genuinely care, where you're made to feel welcome, and where the overall experience leaves you smiling long after you've unpacked your suitcase, then Saturn Palace is well worth a visit. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to investigate why my luggage seems to have shrunk all my trousers.
This hotel was amazing the staff could not to do anymore for you the food was excellent the variety was to suit everyone pallet we have been to some of the top hotels in Turkey and this is up there with them I wouldn't know where to start great for all ages. We were there for 10 days four adults and one child aged 6 which she was entertained everyday from the shows to the fantastic kids club we definitely will go back
Reasonable price vs quality resort. Top 3 pro's: everywhere clean, pool size and friendliness of staff (No exceptions). Food is okay, just not my personal taste. All softdrinks (including regular cola and juices) contains sweetener. Quite a problem when sweetener gives you nasty headaches. Alternatives: water, coffee, alcoholic drinks or buy coca cola in a mini market. Overall I recommend this resort if you're looking for an affordable high service resort, not when you expect the best of the best.
Perfect holiday! Gorgeous hotel, pools fab, really good food selection, super clean. Just fantastic for all the family. Staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. Would definitely come again
